As I've stated before, Payback is good, CJS is better.

Definitely CJS, it has better graphics, more replay value, and is WAY more polished. Did I mention the numerous radio stations and side quests?

It was inevitable. Here is the CJS vs. Payback thread. I will let you know after I have a chance to try CJS.

Payback has a cheap feel to it. the graphics are drab, monotone, and unrefined. On top of that, it feels like initiating missions could just as easily be done by selecting them from a menu. It doesn't have that free reign feel as much.

Car Jack Streets, although it needs improvements in the area of driving it a better looking game.

Wait, in CJS, do you have to start all the missions over again if you loose all your lives like in Payback?

I think it's pretty funny that you guys are comparing Payback and CJS like it's a competition that you actually have some personal stake in. Payback is an awesome game, the best I've played on my iPhone yet and CJS may well equally as great. I haven't actually tried it yet, so I'll let you know once I finish downloading and playing the game.

From the early accounts though, from other forum users, the complaints are exactly the same. They're both hard to complete missions, there's a long learning curve and it's tough to steer the cars. (Though I never found PB to be that hard myself, once I got used to it. I suspect the same with CJS here.)

Go back and read the Payback threads though, they're eerily similar.

As for the graphics, I prefer Payback for it's grittier, darker tone and excellent lighting and explosions. What I've seen of CJS looks like a comic book or cartoon. Not as much fun when you're blowing away the coppers, in my humblest opinion.

That being said, I bet I enjoy CJS alot. It took work and it looks creative. It's not a competition to me between games and I'm certainly not going to be caught bashing a creative developer on either side. What's going on with the group-think brand loyalty on this game? Don't you guys have any real opinions to share? If it weren't for guys like Apex and Tag we'd all be stuck playing with marbles.

You sound like a Senior Member for some reason. Also that was a compliment anyways regarding your comment people either wants to have like you say an ultimate game of some sort and they want to know if CJS or PB and it's like a sports thing and the games are the team so you should know what I mean.
