Many people got this right, to many that I can't remember and yes these were picked randomly. Like we stated before we tried to give more codes to sites where more people responded from. Funny enough TA was the most so they will get a majority. The people were at total random using a group email so no one person had overall control. We went through the list and stared 5...those were them Contest 2 in a few...
