Thanks for the response! Nope, no losses. All of the matches list me as winning. Is it based on different, randomly matched opponents? 6 wins are from a friend, but another 6 are from randomly matched so I should at least get the four in a row. Strangely enough the other achievements are working.
One problem with the game atm is I am constantly coming up against opponents that wont play words instead using my letters only so they don't have to be the first to make a move. It needs to be made that they have to use atleast one letter connected to their territory to play a move to prevent this from happening.
Nah man, that's a fine strategy. Plenty of games can have that as a good opening move or two. And if you don't like it, do the same back to them and keep it up until someone breaks, you know?
If I get the infinite lives, does it come with the customization? Seems like it should for that price.

Every single player today has been playing moved that means the tiles don't join. It's getting so annoying now that the game is becoming broken. :/
GG So far the best TA players I've seen, both strategy and words knowledge wise, are Adams Immersive and Mr_Bez. I can't imagine winning against them lol. Anyway, I'm ok with my 2/3 W/L ratio. I noticed that games last longer now that you're auto matched with players from your level, and that my GC friends understood the game strategy. I wanted to also point out that the cloud save between iPad and iPhone works flawlessly through Game Center I guess. I'm amazed when some words I try because they somehow look like they could exist in English, or ressemble a French word, do work lol Good thing there's a built in dictionary in the game's history (I had to install the English dictionary that wasn't pre installed). Also, keeping good notice of some clever words played by my worthy opponents
Thanks Vic. You're making me blush! Won't be able to play much until tomorrow night but I've enjoyed playing you a lot and I'm still amazed at some of the words you come out with. If they ever add French language support, we'll have to play "en français" and see how that works out. I imagine it would go badly for me! I agree that games are taking longer now, and I'm having to think more too, but that's definitely a good thing for me. I haven't seen the tactic triggywiggy mentioned much, but honestly I like being first to attack, especially if you can wipe out some of your opponent's good letters at the same time.
Not sure if this is a known issue, but I didn't see it mentioned before. When starting new games, only one or two of my GC friends show up under "Friends Who Play". I'm not sure if this is because they are showing up under "active games" or "recent games" instead, and it doesn't display both?
You're exactly right. If you have a game going already, they show up in "Friends You're Playing Now" instead and if you have a Completed Game that you haven't deleted yet, they appear in "Recently Played Friends".
Probably because the devs have said it's a good strategy, in he TA article at least. Personally I don't play that way. Also I presume that you also are playing that strategy, else there wouldn't be an issue... If so you can't really complain...
Guess that makes sense. Personally I always strike first if I can. Taking the advantage for me works better. I played defensive and lost 4 in a row!
Loving Capitals. Is anyone else having this issue?: I play with my wife and will have a coupe lives available. A game ends and she invites me to a new game but I cannot plays turn because it says I'm out of lives! It's like her inviting me takes a life and my trying to play my first turn require another life? I'm kinda confused and we're getting a little frustrated. Any advice or insight on this would be appreciated! Edit: just realized, it's because we use the same iCloud account! Now to figure out a workaround.
