      Someone told me that as of 9/9/09 update, Apple now allows Canadian users with gift cards to use the credits to buy apps. Is this true? I can't find a shred of info on this. Would be nice, as I have 50 in my itunes account that is rotting. I don't buy movies, music. Only games. And if it is true, do I need to update to 3.1.2? I have an itouch, so I don't need the update.
