Please make the game compatible with the 3.0 Os, I'd like to buy it but actually, I can't run it on my jailbroken iDevice

I did not update for non-jailbreaking related reasons - so, if it's possible, I'd like it to be 3.0 compatible, I'd buy it :)

They said that the reason they went with 3.1 was to utilize vsync options that aren't available pre-3.1. If this means that making it 3.0 or 2.2.1 compatible would affect the performance then I have to say I'm strongly against it. Either work it out so that 3.1 users can still get the vsync loop stuff with the game, or ensure that the game is optimized enough that it runs just as well without it.

    oh, ok, I see.
Then I have either to hope that apple will solve my problem with tethering or stick with the flash version.

Canabalt is featured in What's Hot in the US Games section. Not as good as a front page feature, but cool none the less!

Yes, I developed all the NimbleBit games. Much less work getting done when I'm glued to Canabalt though.

$1 really makes a difference as to whether or not you'll buy it? I hope the devs don't drop the price. Too many good games have been forced to do so.

I agree !! don't drop the price for all the cheapskates. The game is very fun and I would like to see updates and other games from this awesome developer. All this talk to save $1 or $2 ? ........get a job :)

Also ,how did all the complainers afford an iphone or ipod touch ? We're they on sale for .99 ? ......................lol

Seriously, we need to encourage games from quality developers. They will disapear if they can only sell their games for .99

If you don't like the game, then don't buy it. If you do like it, then pay the price and support the developer. ......2.99.....come on guys !

That being said, just a little note to the dev ....please make the leaderboards show not only the top scores but also the players rank on those boards..............:)

I do agree with some of the posts here, we do need a pause button.

This way i can ash my cigarette in peace.

Been enjoying this game for the past few days now, wife and i are constantly trying to our run each other.

Maybe also do a facebook connect in the near future.

the ipod touch version is exactly the same as the flash one, but anyway, it really is kinda addicting, considering it may tire your eyes a bit due to high speeds.

I think a pause button would be a horrible idea.

I think it would take away from what the game is about. I mean this game is about running for your life, the abiltity to pause the action would just take away from that. It is not like each game last more than seconds/minutes anyway.

then don't use the pause button if they implement it.
