It'll say 'Buy' again, but you'll get a message saying that you had already bought it and that you can redownload it for free. Just make sure it's the same game
Yeah, use the same account you used to buy the game and then buy that game. It will then tell you that you have already bought the game and that you can now get it for free.
to check if you actually DID buy the app before, try leaving a review for said game. It will only allow you if you previously purchased it.
