    Call to arms

Cape Horn, adrift in the north-eastern corner of the world, was where the highly intelligent species – the Orcs lived. The Orcs were made up of small tribes and were followers of shamanism that led a nomadic life. Their innate pride and worship for power were the source of constant friction and confrontations amongst tribal members. However, under the iron fist rule of the absolute leader The Great Chief, Yulid Skullcrusher, the Orcs’ lives were primitive yet peaceful.

One day, a ship arrived at the port. An exotic tribe appeared before the Orcs, calling itself ‘Human’. The visitors were received with caution and kindness. They showed great interest in the Arcane Crystal which the Orcs mined and used to acquire the power of the elements. Exchanging the metal and jewellery they had onboard for some Arcane Crystal with the Orcs, the Humans then embarked on the ship and left.

A few months later, the Orcs were surprised by the seemingly endless legions of ship arriving at Cape Horn. The Humans began to build their own cities and towns out of stone and without the consent of its native dwellers. Many nomadic Orcs were lured or trapped as their slaves mining the Arcane Crystal.

Not willing to tolerate the invasion and devastation of their land and culture by these foreigners, angry tribal leaders mounted attacks on cities and towns built by the Humans. No Humans were spared during the attack. Infuriated, the remaining Humans counterattacked the ‘primitive mob’, and so began the bloodshed between Humans and Orcs on Cape Horn.

Soon the intruders began to lose ground. The prolonged battle line meant imminent shortage of provisions in this tug of war. Finally, the Human commander decided to end the war once and for all. A top assassin was sent out in the middle of the night to behead The Great Chief, Yulid Skullcrusher, as forces gathered around the bleak wasteland for the final attack on the Orcs. Having just lost their leader, the Orcs were in no shape to defend themselves. They were completely crushed. Henceforth Humans took over Cape Horn, while surviving Orcs fled their homes and hid themselves in desert and forest to avoid human pursuit.

However, the peace that the Human commander dreamed of never came true. Two year short of the end of the war, the Orcs began to rebuild their tribes. They came out of their hiding places, and wave upon wave of resisting forces began to invade the Humans and avenge for the massacre.

    Feature:

-You and hundreds of thousands of game players will join the expedition in the world of fantasy and take part in the brutal war between Humans and Orcs.

-You play the role of either a Human or an Orc hero managing a city of your own.

-You have to develop your city, expand your military forces, train yourself and those under your command in order to survive the brutal war.

-You can attack cities that belonged to other players, and vice versa.

-You can form an alliance with your friends to defend against stronger enemies.

World of Warcraft clone written all over it :D

will await some reviews but will almost certainly be grabbin this. another expensive week and no time to play them all argghhh.

edit: hmm from the description it doesnt play much like an RPG with quests, but seems very battle orientated. also the price seems quite low for such a game, wont knock that tho ;)

Praises simply for not being a lame text-based code-trading MMO like the other ones in the app store right now...

Does that image depict actual game *play*, and not some simulated battle scene?

The starting screen seems oddly familiar... :p

But all kidding aside, this could be good. Almost looks a bit like Utopia Kingdoms.

    Any reviews yet?

    ??

If this is an RTS I might get it but as it said online and didn't see any offline gaming description, I'll wait on the game and fresh reviews.

this actually looks like it could be pretty good! Read the whole description, I think that it's an MMO like iMob, but with better graphics and a back-story, lol :D

After reading the description, it sounds *EXACTLY* like one of those, with a "prettier" GUI.

this is not another mafia type game but its unplayable right now and its not alot of fun needs a big update.

    1. the loading needs to be fixed ALOT, it takes forever to do anything
    2. the battles are crap, should be text based or fix the animations and graphics
    3. the interface needs a big overhaul to be player friendly

When these things are fixed the game could be fun.

Its an online strategy game. You build up your town, get resources every hour and attack other players town or do quests to lvl up your hero.

Anyone notice that the back story is just like what happened in Roanoke with the lost colony during the 1700's??? Just learned about that in history class. ...not very original.

Strange... since in Mafia Live, I build up my mob (and town, with various buildings to supplement income), gather money (the resource of the game), purchase new items, and attack other players and do quests every hour in an effort to level up...

How is this not another one of those games with a new look? This is not to say that those games are lacking in interest, as they're wildly popular. But after saying this isn't another mafia style game, you went on to describe a mafia style game. ;)

    Let this be a warning.
Any MMO that has a "support" link under iTunes that takes you to no where other than an option to buy their other game, chances are it's not a good game.
What kind of support are they going to provide?
And chances are you're not about to see any updates as you have no way of sharing any concerns/providing feedback.
Just my free advice for the day. ;)

So I guess this game sucks huh?
That's a shame I was hoping for a new MMORPG since I lost interested in Cozyquest. What about Ancient Legion? Is it any good?

    us of a
It's pretty fun, but poorly translated and most of the players online are foreign.
