man i can't connect to any online game, tried opening ports doesn't work.the game's not worth the money when you just can play alone!this is screwed up!
i am getting a bit fed up about people complaining that they cannot connect - I have read through this thread and it is clear that it must be something to do with the security setttings on the wifi router - kinda like skype or other programs needing to be allowed through the firewall. I managed to get mine working by putting my iphone in DMZ. Also, have heard form other people that there is info on the callofduty website, so why don't you go and look there?

Control issue I love the game but the controls need some work, I think the dual sticks are my favorite but they are non responsive, I have to go through the motions twice to get them to work for instance if I want to move forward I have to push the left stick forward let go and push forward again and then he moves, this happens with both sticks everytime, does anyone else notice this? I can't accept this for $10 as the other control methods do not agree with me. It seems as this will kill this game for me and that's not good for I love this game and it's almost perfect.
i dont have that problem, but the virtual pads are small so your most likely just missing them everytime you go to move them you get used to it after a few games, i find the controls very good now. way way better than modern combat

Here's a great tip to make the single player a little easier and to earn some more points. When you get near the end of a round/wave, throw a grenade near the feet of a zombie or 2. If done correctly, you'll take their legs off and they'll be crawling around the map for a couple of minutes before they die. Thing is, they are really slow and thus easy to avoid, so you can simply run around and fix all the windows, earning points for that as you go. This will make the next round start a little easier too. You can also use this time for buying guns, reloading, making a cup of tea etc. Kill the zombie and the next round will soon begin. You could potentially open the help room and stairs and use this over the entire building, but I don't think you'd earn more points for it as you only earn points for repairs for a certain amount of windows/fixes.
Lol, was playing Solo, Reached Wave 15 and got bored (I was in the Trench with the Flamethrower lolz) so I opened the main Stairs, Gathered a bunch of Zombies and Transformed myself into a suicide Bomber and took about 30 Zombies with me... KABOOM!! Achievement Unlocked btw LOL
When I am playing online, I get disconnected from the game. It says everyone else has left but its really just me leaving. I have tested this on my friend's router and its not the game, its the router. How do I fix this?
He just told you that it's the Router, so It's Not server sided, unless you haven't upgraded yet to the version 1.1 If you have upgraded and still have that problem, it's because you need to open some ports, Someone mentioned it on the pages 174-178 can't remember which one exactly. If you've opened the ports and you can't play still, it means that your Firewall is blocking it so you should check your Firewall Settings.
Co-op seemed to be working fine until version 1.1 Then the router started disconnecting me. How do you open ports?
