Yeah i hope that the weapons will look as shiny as in the console games:D and does the console/pc have this wunderwaffe easter egg/surprise or not? I don't know as i really sucked at this map. I only play custom (mainly zct 2 MW) maps now:D so i only play treyarch maps on the iPod.

This might be a really dumb question but, does this have local multiplayer of Bluetooth?

For some reason my games always seem to run at luke 15 fps for the first minutes or two but then after that really smoothly. Does nacht Der untoten or veruckt run better on a 3g than shi no numa? I only ask because they are smaller it might be easier for the phone to run

you probably have your detail settings on high (which is meant for 3rd gens)
    try putting it on medium

    Doing nothing of importance.
    Somewhere
That, and the fact that it seems like it sort of "loads" whenever I see a new location. Like in Nacht on any graphics setting, the first time I look to the left, the game lags for a second, but after that whenever I look at the same spot it goes full speed. That might be the issue.

I think it's some of both. I turned quality down and it was running more smooth overall but it does slow down for a little bit when I open a "wing" on shi no numa.

Also I plan on buying 1 DLC. Is nacht der untoten more fun single player or veruckt?

in my opinion, verrukt sucks for single player. nacht is very good for it, probably the best map for single player out of all 4

There is single player in this game? I thought it was just multiplayer since its just 3-4 maps.

The more come to the party, the more fun it is :D But, if you'd like a challenge, then there are single player modes for all maps... ;)

What are your records on Shi No Numa? Me and this guy Bio-Shock (good player) got to round 33 before we somehow fell off the zipline from doctor's quarters back to the main house and landed outside the map . We probably could have gotten 40+ if we hadn't done that.

outside the map? what that's cool as. did you live?
if this happened on the console version people would be going nuts trying to recreate that

Well yesterday I managed to get to round 22 by myself on the Xbox 360 version of Shi No Numa (much MUCH harder than iPhone version)

I just played 2-player to round 23 in shi no numa. my teammate wasn't very helpful he had a wunderwaffe and let me die twice after I'd gotten a bit of a foothold in the late teens. I had even revived him first too. I mean really, a wunderwaffe. sigh. you're guarenteed max ammo pretty much every few rounds (dogs), and the zombies are easier than verrukt...come on...not only that but I had a ray gun one time, and when your teammate has a raygun priority 1 is to revive him if safe. (which it WAS. argh.)

anyway my 2g ipod can't really handle it even at low settings...I had to play like 15 single-player games with max draw distance to get myself acquainted...then I dialed it down and headed for multiplayer. the fog was OK then; I kind of already knew where I was headed.

when there's more than 15 or so zombies on screen it turns them into flexible posters that waver around. it's a little bit comical. I need an upgrade if I want to play a game like this for real.

the KILLER thing is that it's OK until guns are fired and blood particles start spilling. without the dumb red particles it works fine but when you open up with an MG it bogs down to like 4fps! I would turn off blood if I could just for that reason!

I'll still play it though, but it isn't verrukt.

on that subject, does anyone know what updates were made to verrukt?

Just wondering as I'm new to this, what control method do most find the best?

probably yeah...verrukt is too repetitive and easy once you know the ins and outs...all the colas + the MB + the guns available off the walls let you go as high as you care...

technically that's true of untoten too but it's harder.

    I've got it!

    Here's how it works:

The game is programmed to SAY 4 people have connected, but really one is "fake" and gets dropped. That way they can CLAIM 4 players but really only give 3.

I HAVE had 4-player games but I'm willing to bet they're hosted on a 3G touch or an iPad.

    (this is a joke.)
