i bought it....might play some later....i just didnt want to be caught in the "cant buy once everyone realizes there is a new map" craze

 

Anyone able to pick the characters? When I play a game it just starts up with the normal ones... thought you were able to choose them somehow.

 

i assume thats online multiplayer or in options



edit: also....restart your ipod after download. mine crashed after installing new map and trying to play it

 

I tried local Wifi but wasn't able to , i'll check in settings again.

Does anyone know what will happen if I bought the original CoD with my Canadian iTunes account using my credit card... and buy SSN with my US iTunes account which has 5 dollars from the card on it?

 

it won't work cause your US account doesn't have CoD credited on it

Yeah when you go to the communications hut, knife the phone and it plays I believe the full song. I was too busy killing hellhounds.

 

I'd just like to point out something I was a bit frustrated with. Due to the fact that waw zombies on the iPod touch of course is controlled through touch and not physical joy sticks some weapons were harder to use because of their incompatibility with the touch controls. Take the Thompson machine gun for example. In the Xbox version it was put to it's full capability because of the controls. But in the touch version it just didn't have the badass power it had in the xbox version, in my opinion, due to the controls. I don't wanna spend time bitching about this but does anyone else understand what I'm saying?

 

actually i was using the thompson for a good 10 or so minutes in my last game
it was easy to use and killed very well
you might have to get used to the controls, thats all. i can use every gun perfectly fine
im using the non dual stick touch control scheme

 

So how's the new map? What wave have you reached and what are your general feelings about it? I'm trying to decide should I get this, after all I wasn't very pleased with Verruckt, I think I just don't like big maps
