Same here dude, I was so happy that it might come Friday. But it's not over till 12:00AM Saturday. So there could be some hope left.
i don't trust pocket gamer that much.... but i do believe IGN thou... June 12-13 is original release date(rumor) since back in March... but i believe it's coming out this week
Still possible, the day's not over yet. Like the Bdragonst said, the June 12th or 13th was a rather old rumor. The IGN article is a bit more recent. I seem to remember when they released Verruckt, it didn't come out until late afternoon/evening.
According to a joystiq article, if you buy this now, the DLC is bundled inside of it, is this correct?
Given the long relationship IGN has had with Activision and vice versa; I'm pretty sure IGN's article is accurate. I'm hoping the update releases between now and 5pm pac-time. *Crosses fingers*
Well, I don't know if this means anything - an hour ago, I could access the store, only to see the "verrukt" map. But, now... I'm getting the message "Unable to connect to the game services." - consistently, too. Anyone else confirm this? Does this mean something's happening?
Not me, just tried booting up and checking under "new maps". It connects just fine, but only shows "Verruckt" available.
For the people that are confused about what that article is saying it's actually saying that when the new map is released there will be a version of the game on the app store that will have the new map instead of vurrdukt and vurrduckt will be available as an in-app purchase for $4.99.
