One feature I wish this game have is a minigore-like difficulty setting where you can chose to start on a higher level rather than starting over.
Yeah but I rather enjoy the build up...Poppin the slow zombies with the pistol, and knife. I can't wait for fast crawlers
Could be so much more This is a great game but only being able to use wifi kills it and completly take the portability away from it, I think the full console counterpart is much better which should go without saying but if you have to be home to play zombies then who in their right mind would play a portable version that's not portable at all (not just any wifi will work with this game) I feel robbed after paying $10 for one map that I no longer play because I got bored with the one map and it is not portable.
Wait a sec I haven't bought this yet, but it's been on my radar since it came out been too busy beating other games at the moment. This game can only be played over a wifi network so if I'm on my lunch break and I want to play a round by myself no team I still need a wifi to play the game by myself? So if I'm out with my wife and son and she's driving and I'm in the back with him and want a quick round by myself I can't play on my iPhone cause no wifi?
No, you can play single player mode with no connectivity whatsoever. He's only talking about online multiplayer. I couldn't disagree with derochea more, BTW. I think this is a top notch title in every way. I haven't gotten bored with it at all, and I bought it on launch day. I actually very rarely play online. Even with one map, it's plenty fun. When more come out, it'll be even better.
no, you can play the single player anywhere you want without internet. you only need wifi to play co-op with people online. i've had this game since shortly after it came out and i love it. i was on the fence for a few days since it was just one map, but it's still really fun and replayable, even in single player mode.
Pretty much sum'd it up. @Derochea72 How do you get no portability on a portable device? I mainly play single player and haven't got tired yet. Seeing the screen of the upcoming map really boosted my playing as well. This is still one of the top Console experiences on the iDevice to date. Activision really came through in the clutch with this game even with one offered map. @radchad1 You need to get this if you've been following this thread and iTunes reviews. I still see this as the best Fps game on the iDevice. It's very to the point and gradually gets intense which you will adapt to as the levels increase. It keeps me very much intrigued. Though the sounds are limited, they are even they are top notch. (GodSon Recommends using headphones for best gaming experience while playing CoD WaW: Zombies.)

Lite version worth it? Ive read the comments in the app store & someplaces of other websites. Isnt the lite version kinda the same? I know that in single player, your only limited to like 3 rounds or something. But as online mode, worth downloading & to save money? lol im just scepticle cause I see alot of people saying that its boring & repetitive. I never can seem to experience the online mode of CoD. Anyone wanna downlod the lite version and make a room? I just wanna do a bit of a "look see" & decide to buy it. Im aware of the possibilites but im just not sure if this lite version of CoD: Zombies are one of those apps out there where your like: Zomg! Its the same! Money wasted! I got the lite version, seems kinda boring by yourself. and that the MP is the only way to go [which is a shame. i have a ipod touch and rarely play online] However, it is sooooooooo hard to find an online match. And when I do, people leave.
