oh... i like fps and zombies.... and i heard this is good... maybe i should buy. but the price is too steep... will there be more maps?
So I caved in and got this game with a giftcard and yes this game solid. Worth every penny. I haven't playEd online yet because I'm trying to hone my skills. After several hours of playing this game is now my favorite fps for single player mode. funny how I'm not getting tired of zombie survival. The sounds and graphics are so like the console it's damn there unbelievable. 16mb really sold me too. So well put together and I can see why iTunes has such high ratings from over 5k+ players. Question. I really would like to know what is the most efficent control layout and sensitvity settings. I have ruled out tilt and like the other two equally. Can anyone/everyone suggest to me ideas of settngs/sensitvitys? I would greatly appreciate it. I want to go into multiplayer not letting my team down. Thank you in advance.
I actually like tilt the most. When I first saw it I thought "Tilt? What a crappy control scheme for an FPS!" but about a month later, I decided to try it out and was surprised by it's awesomeness. On another note, this game inspired me to go out and buy World at War, not for the campaign, not for the competetive multiplayer, but for ZOMBIES!
yeah, no other way to go. I'm going to test this game's online with EDGE and 3G to see if it really lags that badly to the point of unplayability. Anyone wanna help or should I do a quick game? EDIT: don't work
The price may be a bit much, but it's totally worth paying. With only one map and game mode, and me pretty much only playing single player, I've gotten a TON of value from this game, more than worth 10 bucks. Yeah, just go get it, you won't regret it. Just be forewarned, many, MANY people have had connection issues. If you're planning to buy this for the multiplayer, make sure you have a compatible connection. Usually, if your internet came with a wireless router, it should work, but it seems for many who have bought a router separately, we get an issue. Idk what it is, but hope they fix it in an update. And as for new maps, I've heard either February or March. I saw on a website of someone talking with someone involved in the game, and they said it'd be around February of this year. Hope they were right, Verruckt is my favorite map.
Duel stick is pretty nice. Do you keep the sensitivity on default? Just to add. Anyone on the ropes at price. That's the last thing ive thought of sense I got this even at the one map offered. Now that I know how good/well put together/addicitive this would be on the iTouch...I wouldn't think twice about paying more. Oh yeah and 16mb I'm loving!
have y'all had any problems with the controls? I've gotten over 4000 kills on the game already but it just feels so strange. How come the screen scrolling/aim isn't like that in nova/MC:SS. You can't like drag it, you can only pull it to one side, then you have to let go of the string then pull it to the other. Or am I just retarded and completely wrong? If you think I'm just a crazed retard, that's ok to. But any suggestions guys?
Uhh..have you tried the alternate control options? There's a dual stick option and its really spot on.
I have my moments of intense stupidity :]. No wonder I hated this game, stupid controls that I didn't even know I could change >.<.
I've been waiting forever for the game to drop in price and today I decided to buy it. So to answer your question, it will drop in price tomorrow, LOL.
