Have you got the update? There was a bug that stopped the ray gun working before the update. After the update, the ray gun owns. Very powerful, has great range, nice amount of ammo, fast reload and SPLASH DAMAGE!!

You mean the Browning M1919 and the Sawed-off double barrel shotgun.

If anyone's interested, I got to round 19 by myself with a Sawed-off shotgun; the damn thing runs out off ammo too quickly.

 

Interesting to hear the shotgun is effective in the iphone version. Reload speed was always an issue. Is it not an issue in this version?

 

Yes, it is still an issue. But some people still like to use it, and are successful with it. And from what I've read, it's effective until about round 20 on the PC too. BTW, have they changed the ray gun for the iphone version? I read a guide for the PC version that says the ray gun kills zombies with a single hit until round 18, but that isn't true with the iphone version. You need two shots after round 12. Also, the splash damage only seems to affect zombies, whereas on the pc version it was apparently possible to harm yourself with the splash damage. Maybe they made the player immune to splash damage, and nerfed the power slightly to balance things out.

It's ok but it suks for u and tombstone cus then me and my brother got bored and pulled out flamethrowers and flamed the shit out of all the zombies it was fun

Just picked up this game, suprised at how fun it really is. Only dabbled a little in the PC mode (Was too hooked on L4D to really need another zombie killing fix). Seems that there's some connection problems though, I often have to reset my game a few times to play 2 or 3 sessions. Is this a known problem? Just wondering because I doubt it's the internet connection, elminate still works fine.

Also my Running Man achievement, to cover 10 miles, is at -4% completion. Is this because of running backwards or something?
