I know without the wonder weapons the only strategy I have is to get headshots or down them with grenades as it takes way to many shots to take one down. That and the traps are nice although I prefer to use them only when absolutely neccessary so as to get more money. I'm hoping to break 40 but I just ran out of revives. No. Although jumping would be about as useful as going prone...
Ok I am on the fence from buying this game. I heard it's crashy on the iPhone 4g, how is it on the iPod touch 3rd gen, 32 gb iOS 4.0? Also can anyone demonstrate how voice chat works? I am aware of the issues with the controls but is it a problem or prevent you from enjoying the game? Please answer those questions please
Der Kleine I noticed that you got Infinity Blade 2 from the thread. I'm also going to get it but I'm on iOS 5 so I think I'll wait for the patch before purchasing. Which game, between IB2 and black ops zombies do you like best ? Just curious.
I can't really say wich is better, but Infinity Blade 2 doesen't crash as much, so I'd say get that. Btw, I'll upload a video of the Dead Ops Arcade minigame later today.
I disagree. Going prone is definitely not useful. But jumping is great for getting past a large group of crawlers. At least on xbox it always was.
Thanks, I already have Black Ops zombies, it's awesome but I will be getting IB2 as soon it's patched. Yes, I guess they are 2 totally differen't games that are both great.
Right his point was that going prone and jumping are both NOT useful. My point is that going prone is not useful but jumping IS useful.
Going prone would be useful with another player. If you had a tight spot for camping with a good view and weapon to kill an onslaught of zombies.
Camping definitely doesn't work in the later rounds unless you both had rayguns I guess but even then running around is a much better idea. Ok so jumping would be useful, they should've just replaced going crouching/prone with jumping. You gotta look through the menus and find all the gold coins (four of them) EDIT: I don't think the wonder weapons made it into this version. I've used the mystery box a good 45-50 times in this match alone and I have yet to even see a flash of one. Hopefully they get added though.
usually when i play with randoms the mics are. f**cked but last night I played with some random and the voice chat was sooo clear, about as clear as playing on a ps3!
is this game worth the price for playing the single player mode alone, or is the co-op what makes this game great?
Definitely, the single player mode is awesome! Co-Op is a ton of fun but I find that sometimes its nice to just go it solo.
Single player is good for when you have no internet , but co-op is the real deal . Single or Co-op alone are both really worth the price , there's a whole lot of replayability . Anyone up for some 4 player games ?
The default scheme is similar, the only difference is, is that theres no actual fire button, you tap to fire once and double tap and hold to continuously fire.
