lol... there's this game on the forums that uses the same scifi pack hall pack mine does... good thing it is a place holder for me... lol
The music sounds good, but way too "active" for a game soundtrack. I'm not sure making music in the absence of the gameplay to which it will accompany is a good idea. To me it sounds like music for a soundtrack to a movie. A game needs more ambient music.
Sorry for putting them out of context these two are actually designed for the alkimarinxa strip which is populated with bars clubs and is a place for local to go and unwind... So each track is created to accompany a location we finish... It captures the fun mood of the area... We do have more ambient songs...
not a problem should i make one with more ambient tracks for you all? Jon is swimming in music he is a mad man with his recording board and three computers... lol
More ambient stuff sounds cool. I like when game music is quiet enough to be ignored in tense situations, but melodic enough to be enjoyable.
I do as well but we wanted area like the dance clubs to be more vibrant I will post some ambient music after I eat my dinner lol...
Sorry guys dinner turned into dinner and a movie and dinner and a movie turned into dinner and a movie and cuddle time ... Couldn't possibly say no I'll post that vid later... Lol
Hey, it's cool, I'm not judging. There's nothing wrong with a little cuddle time with your dev teammates every now and then. Helps with team spirit, and all that.
Very true, I heard Valve's Gabe Newell makes cuddle time mandatory. Can't argue with that when they make such great games....
Lol... If you want to see a vid of that you will need to talk wih my gf shes very camera shy... But of your okay with just me posting about the music than I can do that without risking getting my face ripped off lol... So the vid of music is on its way...
Lol... I don't think Phil and Jon would. Be okay with that michell on the other hand is pretty easy going and already gives out hugs anyway she might do a dev cuddle... My gf Amy might not be to happy if I engaged on that activity though...
Of course, it makes for an awkward conversation with the new hires the first time they learn about "cuddle time with Gabe". Oops, someone forgot to mention that in the interview. Could be worse, I suppose. You could be the new hire at Activision when they inform you about "cuddle time with Bobby".
