You have a white board!# I'm kinda jealous. I think it awesome that you guys taking this in the perspective of being gamers and developers it seems as though that doesn't happen much nowadays and I am very happy with what you guys have done and how you go about doing it again thank you. ps. that whiteboard of yours must be awesome and I'm glad you told me about it I just realized how awesome they are.
so with weapon disassemblement is there like a thing where it shows the gun and you pull it apart or is there some other way also do you keep the gun or does it have to be reassembled with a small chance of success? What you are doing is awesome I don't care what anybody says.
The disassembly takes time an the more scientists you have the less time it takes also the scientist lvl up and will not break as many guns as they lvl up so it is imperitive to keep them well stocked on guns and staff or yes they will break your toys.
So do the scientists hang around your ship working on this or do they live elsewhere in the world? But this is a cool feature I mean it doesn't restrict you by requiring you to handle the situation alone but it still requires you to work on acquiring the items and delivering them or do you deliver them? Still this seems to require effort but without seeming too far out of the way to do. It is a cool system In my opinion. Good luck with the hard work.
There on the ship which means if the ship blows up by by scientists. Well I'm about to engage hardcore develouper mode cause the guys are yelling at me you can ask more questions but I might not get to them untill tommorow.
While I'm away I think we should have another quest contest for beta codes. So write us a quest if it's good enough it will be put in the game and the best one will get promo codes. Good luck one and all
This is just my shot at writing a quest for you so bear with me. okay say this quest could be called the mysteries of the fallen. It could start with you walking into some type of museum, library or high tech data center and then talking to the greater at the front desk after a brief conversation after which you ask about the places the books come from then the greeter at the front desk could reply that they have histories for all the "known" races in this galaxy system. Though lately the manager has been looking very excited about something possibly a find but if he had found one he would have turned it in by now maybe you should ask him about it. Or there could be a heated conversation where your mean and the greeter calls the manager or owner down and you thereby have to talk to him you could apologize for halving disrupted the greeter and visitors and he says its not a problem but if your found doing it again you will be forced to deal with a matter that he has not the ability or time to deal with. Or you could do it in a cruel way in which he threatens to call security or something and you work out a deal to avoid the problem in which you go to one of the abandoned planets to recover a lost artifact of great value that dates back to the period of which the Kilkar were more peaceful and had less bad intentions it had been brought to this galaxy unknowingly by the kilkar when one of their members stowed it in their storage center later during a small firefight over one of the barren planets the individual was shot down and soon after died clutching the book in a cave. He died from the wounds caused by the firefight. Thereafter an individual going to the planet for mining found the corpse and was so terrified that he left the planet upon discovery. The manager of the facility hearing about this believed the body to be an ancestor of their race or one of the others they wished to gather any information possible about them. After a time you fly to the planet to retrieve the book after landing you find a group of hostile aliens on the planet also searching (or just wandering around the planet) after soon after you engage in a battle with them after which you search the planet eventually finding the book the character Mark Kilmath then reads through the book and realizes that the book unbeknownst to alkamo facility manager the book is actually a collection of Kilkar battle. strategies that shows their best forms of military combat. It is thought to be worth a lot to the Alkamo military for though it would not give a victory to them it would give them an advantage in combat eventually therefore you gain three choices you can deliver it to Allamo to improve their battle strategies against Kilkar or you can return the book to the Kilkar protecting their secrets and bringing back some of their strategies from a time long before they became too greedy a time when they were war Mongers of a sort. But if you wish to support both races you could try to show them that from war does not always need to come destruction but great peace can result if an agreement is to come to pass. Anyways depending on your action from this mission you will receive a different reward certainly you will receive better renown with the alien races or help for the both as well as some back history for the kilkar race. I know it's not great but I thought I'd take a shot at writing a quest. Feel free to disregard this or change it as needed. Hope it was worth the read.
Is there going to be some form of jumping in this game to get over obstacles and such? Oh and I feel I should apologize for that thing I wrote above its very disorganized and doesn't make any sense sorry.
Thank you for the undeserved nice comment and for not having us limited to the ground for the game# Also I hope that someone else does submit something cause that would be great.
Yep someone should do it my work was just the lazy ramblings of an easily distracted mind and I hope someone is willing to offer a more refined subject. Please do at least try.
Quest Idea: You land on a planet with a very oppressive and tyrannical government. After getting harassed by some of the officials on the planet (and losing a good bit of money) You decide to follow a rebellious girl (named Alice) who you've met on this planet (she saw what happened and she tells you about the government and the secret rebel group she's in) you follow her to a secret rebel group of "freedom fighters" (at least that's what they call themselves). After doing various missions (such as stealing government weapons for the rebels and helping some rebels in battle) you soon stumble upon the leader of this group, Ken Souhz, a shady man with very odd motivations, (power is his goal, not freedom from this oppressive government). You learn this when you eaves drop on his conference with some high ranking rebels. You get caught and you're forced to fight your way through his underground facility (an abandoned metal working factory) You fight side by side with Alice whom you told about Ken Souhz secret intentions and convicted her to join your group. After escaping you plan an attack on the factory with your friends you've made so far in the game. After defeating them and killing Ken Souhz, the government rewards you with a small fortune. Feel free to add on.
Quest idea: Flying out In space you come across a space inn, and when you buy a room for the night to get some rest, you find the inn has moved across galaxy's with you in it. You get up and fight your way through a group of space pirates who have taken over the ship. After killing a few pirates you come across the leader who has the innkeeper hostage. After a talk with him you find out that there is an precious metal on the space inn and he wants it. You can either chose to help the innkeeper and kill the leader, or help the leader find this metal. If you chose to find the metal you get can then either split profits with the leader or try to kill him and keep them for yourself. If you chose to help the innkeeper and kill the leader then the innkeeper gives you a special weapon or armor! Hope you liked it and it gives you some good ideas!
wow Zdgames looks like you've got a lot to work with so far I'm still hoping there's more submitters so that you have more to work with.
