It's been more than 10 days for me, I emailed back and PM here and no reply. No reply also on Twitter @Bulkypix Something's fishy...
I am beginning to agree, sad that they need to trick people to get reviews. It's more of a moral aspect of things. If you say you are going to do something, then do it, if you cannot then inform your customers, because in the long run they will respect you. Now, I really don't trust them, especially with their puzzle game they just released. You pay for basically a "demo", thn they IAP you to unlock the full game. Sad BulkyPix is going down I guess, I can understand it with practices like this.
I have to agree with all of you guys who are not getting your code, as it makes myself and the others who got ours look bad (like we are lying). I actually have proof of receiving my code and will forward the email to anyone who doesn't believe me because I don't want my reputation to become tarnished due to this. The only thing that may be the problem is that BulkyPix is really busy.
Count me in the ones that they didn't get back to. I emailed them twice and not even an acknowledgement. I think the offer was until Oct 31st. If nothing in a couple days I can always change my review to show they were scamming people into reviewing their app.
Thanks GoofyJmaster, but we believe you, it is the integrity of BulkPix, the funny thing is that (an assumption) most people would have probably let it go if BulkyPix just said, sorry no more codes, because the game is pretty good, but having to ignore your customers, who put food on their table, is just wrong. If you say you are going to do something, do it, don't lie and mislead people. Now, I pretty much lost all faith in BulkyPix and their games, no matter how good they may be, the trust is ebbing really quickly in them supporting their customers. Thank you again.
Hey guys it took a Dev 16 days to get me my gift card for review contest and this was after everyone else had gotten their prizes and I wasn't even the big winner but I did finally get it I'm sure you all will too
Sheesh, so quick to flame. The promotion is not even over yet. They've done this kind of promotion in the past. I requested a game that they had run out of codes for and Marta gifted it to me anyway. I seriously doubt they're going to bail on you. Hang in there dude. Anyway, I sure you have quite a backlog of games (like the rest of us) to keep you occupied until they get back to you. lol, don't piss off a TA mod.
She's their PR lady, so maybe she's busy doing something else. I think everyone is worried because it's officially the 31st. Also, they wanted some sort of reply, or update, which I don't see anything wrong with. I mean if a moderator is a bit worried, you can only imagine how the other members feel.
Yeah, some sort of reply would be nice... Its just kinda rough how they are handling it. I hope I see my game ;*( EDIT - I posted on their Facebook about it right as someone else was posting about the thread here and us being concerned. They are active, even posting a message on their Twitter an hour or so ago, so I am not sure why they haven't responded to us yet...
Mm-hmm, I sent an email back on the 27th, and haven't heard anything yet. Best thing to do if this situation isn't addressed for those still hanging would be to remove any positive review that has been written, and replace it with a one-star review citing this situation as the reason for the low rating. If it's just a matter of the contest administrator being busy, that's one thing (although continued contact is still expected, even if the ultimate result might be delayed), but deliberate scamming in order to self-promote is unacceptable. We've already seen that happen with more than a few contests here.
Good point, I understand they are busy, but a simple confirmation would be nice, say, "code received", or even a thank you. Just seems pretty sketchy that there is no type of confirmation. Thanks gang, thought I. Was the only one that felt pretty cautious of the situation.
Well, they responded on Twitter/Facebook that they would send the codes out soon and sorry for the delay, so at least my persistence may have paid off lol Was thinking maybe they would have posted here, but they hadn't yet so I figured I would make sure you guys knew they at least say they are on it and just delayed, and said sorry, so at least there is hope

No, as stated in my email, after leaving an email, twitter and facebook messages (even receiving a response) I still haven't received my code. I sent another email to the address you just left indicating I wanted Another World - 20th Anniversary as the game, and hope this will be the last hoop I need to jump through to finish this. No offense, but WAY too much poking and prodding to get to the bottom of this... Hopefully, future events are held a bit more organized, and you keep in better contact with those who have participated. Thanks though for doing it! I will post here when I finally do receive my code.
