Started playing this and completely forgot about trying out the other new releases. I must've played at least 50 consecutive rounds...

Amazing game with tons of detail (For example, the gizmos you collect make sounds that are synchronized with the background music). When I saw the gizmo pattern arranged in a happy face, then a sad face, I laughed aloud.

Oh trust me it does get a lot faster as you play! But the speed increase is very smooth, and all the levels are adjusted to work perfectly in their set speed, so sometimes it's hard to notice :)

Also, everyone, thanks for all the kind words :D

So it's constant then? My best score is around 5,500 or something, what kind of percentage of speed increase would you estimate that at?

    This makes me happy.

    Hey that's a neat idea!

Oh hard to say, depending on how many bonus rounds etc etc. Speed increase happens when the next difficulty level "clicks" in - It's pretty transparent :)
But yes, there should be a significant speed difference between the start and 5k.

    Oops, wrong thread!

Edit: This game is great. Get it. Had to make this post into something xP. Favorite endless runner on the iOS right now.

It starts. Our leaderboard is already being taken over by the hackers/pirates. I guess it's a sign of recognition. It took Kosmo Spin's a few months to get invaded.

It's such a shame that we can't do anything about it.

Can you wipe those scores from leaderboards?

Finding it really hard to make the car accelerate right without it making it jump all the time, and then trying to make it jump at the same time, the game doesn't seem to support multitouch?

    Nice game though.

This game is simply amazing. Think Kosmo Spin but more awesom-er !
Controls are neat; I personally go for what I will call the GBA (Game boy Advance) grip with both thumbs allowing quicker response in my opinion !
If you are not playing it, then I don't know what you're doing with your iPhone.

    Oh, thanks!
Thats the way I play it too, you can pull off some really quick moves that way.

Two thumbs doesn't really work on the iPad due to the screen size and needing to reach to press underneath the car to jump.

Left thumb (keeping that hand still) + right index finger is the way to go on iPad if you're holding it :)

I understand it'll take a while to get accustomed to the game mechanic, but is the gameplay actually fun?

I think so as long as you're a fan of endless platform runners you'll have a blast with this one.

After a few games I feel like I have the basic platform jumping down but still not at the point I can reliably jump over the puddles.

    @Ninjagorilla
Could you break down the scoring of "Evergreen Ride"? While I get the basics of it being my distance traveled plus gizmos collected, but what are all of the other bonuses? How many points is each picture, spring, demolition charge, etc. Lastly, with the spring bonus, is that each use of a spring or each unique spring used?

Let's see... this is what the scores looks like:

    Memory x 100
    gizmos x 1
    bonus trip x 100
    Holes passed x 10
    Switches x 10
    Spring x 10
    Destructables x 10
    Spring x 10
Riding on bumps seconds x 10
    Edge hanging seconds x 100

(and no, springs are not unique, it's every time it's used)

As you can see, we love points - and we like constant rewards! :)
