can't run with nimbus Anyone else using the nimbus MFI controller? If you push forward on the left stick you walk and if you hold A you jog but I can't figure out how to run. If I touch the screen it works just fine. Anyone else having this issue with nimbus or another controller?
Anyone have tips on how to beat Fatty's high score on ConSumo? Best I've got is 700! Those kids have waaay too much time on their hands lol
pushing A puts me into a jog mode not full blown run so i get caught by hall monitors and groups of bullies [.
I don't know for sure, but try tapping A repeatedly. (I remember at least one Grand Theft Auto game did this... with bike riding, if not running, but still... Worth a try.)
with my nimbus I can't run full speed. If i push forward I brisk walk, push A and I jog, but no sprinting. If i use the touchscreen I'm like flash. Wish I could figure out if it is the controller or just the game before I return it. I bought the nimbus specifically for this game.
Sometimes, if I turn off all the bluetooth (phone and controller), force quit the game and start everything back up then it works properly for a decent amount of time before I start randomly running in circles or losing the ability to sprint. Starting to think I got a bad controller cause there would have been at least 1 other person posting somewhere on the internet about it lol.
I've been onto Rockstar via twitter about the shadows thing Shadows are on every Android device as is clarity, but for some reason they omitted the option from all but the very latest iOS devices pro.etc) I'm pretty pissed with this as the option SHOULD have been there My iPad Air 2 runs all the GTA's, Jade Empire, monster hunter, infinity blade, the list goes on. If an update isn't addressed soon it's really lazy programming
Others have said to try from their website. Some kind of "too many failed attempts" error might be the cause, and it doesn't show the error in-game. Log in on the website then try in-game.
new nimbus Well got the nimbus from amazon returned and refunded and plan to go to the apple store tomorrow and pick up one of the white ones that are "apple only", I think the white looks good against all my black i'stuff. Anyway, I think that the issue was the 3rd party seller via amazon sold me either a broken nimbus that made it back into the sale rotation on accident, a fake nimbus or maybe just MAYBE a bad controller. I would love to say I just got a bad egg but I have pictures of the box upon its arrival and I would bet my family's home I wasn't the first to open it. There were at least 2 circle stickers cut and scotch tape cut on 3 of the 4 sides. So anyway, I am going to get a new one tomorrow and I will post back here if the new nimbus has the same problems with Bully. Even if it does I think I will keep it (it's free anyway now that I got a gift card in the mail) because it is awesome on every other game that it works on. Playing San Andreas takes me back to the days when I was actually playing it on a tv screen about the same size as my iPad haha!
+1 - Fight the good fight. They can make shadows work even if it's an old school circle shadow. Give us something!
How to complete 'that bitch' mission? After unlocking the locker I always get taken down by a prefect.
If I remember correctly, you need to make sure you aren't spotted by the girl in the lockerrooom. If she sees you, she calls the prefect. If you wait until she is out of view, you can open the locker no problem.
Passable For anyone thinking they might have difficulty finishing game due to touch controls or bugs let me assure you there is no problem,so don't hesitate to buy this awesome game.Probably the 6th time i finished including PS 2 and PC ####
I didn't play this game when it was originally released. I don't know why. Now that I have it for my iOS device, it's super fun. I really like the range of items that you can attain throughout. Learning to fight with different moves is also great. For a while, I didn't know what I was supposed to do and just kept trying to make it to classes on time and moving day to day. Then I realized that I had to get to the location with the star on it in order to trigger the next mission and advance the game (duh). I've been failing a lot in every class with every subsequent assignment. The touch controls are nice and responsive. I don't know if I like it better here or in GTA: San Andreas. Good game though. There has been no problems so far in gameplay.
Thanks but I just can't pass this mission and on touch screen it makes it even more difficult. Always get busted.
