It has a very slow start with a stage based progression system that pits you against a boss that moves around in not so interesting patterns. Not bad for a free game, though. It's ad based which might explain why there are so many levels (taking down a boss takes about 20 seconds at first) to play and in order to unlock more ships you have to clear all levels with the previous one. I’m about 60% complete with the first ship. This is pretty good. It’s cool that you can fly over anything but the turrets, so you end up flying all over the screen in the more intense situations. There are some really unique bullet patterns here. At first I didn’t get any ads, but then today they showed up. They’re the ones that you can immediately hit “x” to close though.
