Oh hehe, they're not in the game yet... we just put a few teasers in the game to hype it up a bit The IAP will come hopefully at the end of this month.
The wait for IAP is killing me! Can't wait till they're released! . How much would the total price be for all the characters and maps?
All I am loving to do is Play the hard level with the Ant in Coliseum & guess wht? I was 14th worldwide y'day! Though I am too late to the party & the search did not yield results I was expecting, are the unlockables to Coliseum limited to what's in the list there? I see a lot more items in Adventure's equip thang & have received a lot more prompts on achievements with Ant The game is pretty overwhelming to me apart from this favorite segment, Icing on the cake? so many hereos coming sooon!
Anyone else experiencing random crashes? I get them when I load the game and play a bit, when the shit starts to hit the fan I crash back to the home screen, I start the game back up and everything works fine after, but I get rolled back like a minute or 2. Happens just about every time I've played since the new update. I did create a new profile on the update before. I'm really hoping I'm not going to have to do it yet again.
Another noob question: suppose I have bought a turret for my ant hero, how can I place it on the screen to use it?
I haven't had time to give this thread the love it deserves, but I want to say that I've DLed the update and will be eager to play at lunch. : D
Use auto aim to make it simpler You can't place turrets where you want, you can place only porta turrets
Got this game on Wednesday night to accompany me with an hour on the train followed by 5 hours in the car, and the same again the next day. Just thought I would drop by to say that the game is incredibly fun and addictive, and, although I know it fits with the style of the gameplay, it did annoy me that there seems to be no overall levelling progression, as your characters are back at level 1 as soon as you start a new game.
I think I know why people might find Normal easier than Easy sometimes. I played a few games on Normal just to get the achievement, but then I noticed that my income is much lower in comparison. With the large number of bugs I fight on hard, I get rich relatively quick. I assume it's the same thing with Easy and Normal.
I've noticed this inverse relationship myself. It might be something to investigate in terms of balancing. I find I get just about as far on any of the difficulties anymore, but I'm actually a lot better outfitted on Normal and Hard. Yeah, maybe I get a few more rounds on Easy, but it's nothing dramatic. I keep trying Easy thinking I must be missing something, but I think it's purely the lower number of enemy bugs = less money = less upgrades = dying around the same wave.
Not to mention the bugs getting stronger. So like, with Hard, you get to kill large amounts of low HP bugs and get a lot of money from it before fighting bugs with much higher HP later in the game.
You know, thats probably the most obvious balance thing in the world that we just flat out missed In the next update you'll earn much more money in Easy now. Combined with cheaper hero revives and slightly less enemies, hopefully Easy should really be easy now Although it will just be theorycraft at this stage -- it feels pretty good to me actually -- but what do you Hard players think about this new balance for Hard: as many enemies as in normal, same strength as normal, but food spawns a bit less frequently and you earn less gold from each kill... what I'm hoping this will do is make it so a) you have to really be careful with your heroes and your stash... i mean, food will still be there, just a tad less so it will be harder to replenish and b) you will have to be much more strategic with your purchases, as well as it will be much more important to complete side quests for supplement income. What do you think? I also tinkered with less enemies with higher HPs, but I wasn't immediately sold on that idea...
