Center of the treestump coliseum. Don't know about Sink. Also, I was offered (and completed) two "don't feed your heroes from the food stash" quests. This shouldn't be happening, right?
We decided to allow that actually... yeah you can double dip into both quests at the same time, but its not that huge a deal I don't think... p.s. just finished up the next free level for the next update... a new coliseum level We'll also be adding some power-ups to Sink to make it a bit more interesting.
Thanks K?! for answering tht... Looks like ant hole can wait to be purchased. @Foursaken_Media, Looks like you guys already know that the game is a HIT & PpL love it, so no response to the praises & love for the game
Haha, work your magic The new Coliseum level won't be in this update though... will be available for free along with the new IAP stuff.
Haha, no we definitely read and appreciate any praise we get, trust me! Every comment like yours is so awesome and really makes us glad that many are enjoying the game. I just kind of feel lame sometimes bumping up a thread just to be like "thanks!"... hope you don't mistake my lack of comment for not being appreciative
Just encountered a glitch; after using Earthquake jump, everything is extra zoomed in until I switch to Ant. but in typical dev fashion I'll be told it's not a bug but actually a feature
I'm assuming this doesn't happen every time? I've never seen it before... did you do something out of the ordinary, or do you remember what was going on when it happened?
Here's a question for ye fans. Which hero would you first be willing to let go of in favor of a new hero? Mine is definitely Ant, even though I love his teleport and life support abilities, I hardly ever use his machine gun due to its low damage.
I'd have to see the new heroes first. Given the way things are already balanced, I have to think the new heroes will themselves fit analogous specific roles, so it would be purely situational based on the abilities of the new heroes. Since I use ant primarily for base boosting, I might swap her out for the hinted defensive hero. But since I use spider more for her speed and taking out (giant) siege grubs, I'd swap her out in favor of some new offensive hero, and so on. Since I still haven't begun to feel like I'm close to done with exploring the various combos of base tech and heroes and hero tech, adding in new heroes and base tech is just going to make me happy for some time to come whatever the new heroes.
To be honest, it's hard to say because I don't know what to fully expect yet from such vague hints(which I dont mind in the least bit). What I plan to do is once the heroes are released; I am going to take a day or more and strictly test them all out fully in the Coliseum to understand them and hone my skills. From that point I will decide. If I were to jump blindly into Adventure mode and had to sacrifice a hero...It would be between Beetle or Spider(no particular order) because I enjoy playing as Ant the most due to his overall diversity. I don't discredit the other two in the least bit because they play a very special role situationally. I could see taking Spider out and using Beetle for stun lock/crowd control/tanking but I can also see taking Beetle out to poison/cripple/crit with high damage and speed with Spider. Hard choice indeed.
While I pretty much agree with you, this is such a tough question because the characters are balanced so well as they are. In terms of game use, I tend to use beetle and spider the most and use ant primarily for life support and teleport.
You get ridiculously high scores, and I get... not ridiculously high scores. I constantly use ant; running around blasting away with my gun, then switching to spider or beetle for stuns and big kills, then going right back to my ant. Maybe that's my problem. At least one of them. Oh well, it's more about having fun than getting high scores for me - and I do enjoy running around shooting things.
What the... 1.1.1 is now live Update! ***NOTE: You'll see a pop-up message saying if you have any issues, make a new profile and restart your device... this was supposed to be a "quick fix" to warn people having issues with 1.1, but the approval time didn't really make it so >_< Anyway, you do NOT have to create a new profile for 1.1.1 if you already did so in 1.1, just to be clear. We just know there are some people playing buggy versions of 1.1 who didn't know they had to create a new profile, hence the necessity of the pop-up. Anyway, enjoy the new abilities and equipment!
Just click the Bug Heroes link in Foursaken_Media's sig.. When you click Buy App in iTunes it will say somehting like: you've already purchased this game, the update is free. Downloading now...
