Yeah, no new news on the update... still waiting for review. The 3-4 day approval times were good while they lasted
I'll be checking this thread regularly for news on the the update. I just picked BH up recently, and I'm totally addicted to it. I still sort of suck at it, compared to a lot of the scores I see mentioned here (I play easy mode, and make it to level 20 something at best). I don't mind though. I'm totally enjoying it. Generally I'm lazy about reviewing apps, but for this one I took the time to go give it a 5 star review.
You'll get better. I never made it past round 30 once for the first couple months I played. But right now I'm at round 130 and I'm still going (but waiting until the update hits so my scores go on the new leaderboard).

Mid 20's is pretty good too actually Also we've made some changes to Easy Hmmm... this is actually an interesting exploit we missed (exploit because the late game balance in 1.1 has been changed a good bit, and I don't expect people to be reaching in the 100s of rounds in normal or hard anymore). So, don't get too attached to your scores, looks like we'll have to reset the leader boards one last time for the next (next) update. OR we might go through and manually remove any "out of the ordinary" ridiculously high scores (considering it an exploit), depending on how the new leader board scores shape up. Again, for anyone "holding" their current save games to submit 1.01 scores to 1.1 leader boards (only matters if you are on round 70+), we kindly ask that you refrain from doing this, just to make things easier for everyone But if you do end up doing it, just note that we might remove any out of the ordinary high scores from the charts, so post at your own risk!
Gah the wait is killing me. This, Shadow Era, Orions 2 and Starfront Collision are making me rage with impatience.
Me too. I wonder if the update goes live as soon as Apple approves it, or if it has to wait until Fours4ken Media gives the final word.
@foxmulderino You are so mistaken!!!! No need for a campaign for this game. Trust me, I was in your position at first, but now I think of Bug Heroes as one of the BEST GAMES in the App store. Go get it, and believe me you will not find time to leave a review in iTunes. GO GET IT!!! IT's amazing!!!!
Your not alone! I've held off playing mainly for GC support because I come to love it and the achievements(not to fond of leaderboards).
you tempted me! but I have never had an endless game cause I hate the concept of a game that never ends (well, except if you die of course). Isn't there a free lite version of Bug Heroes? I need it!
Wow, seriously. Just get Bug Heroes. You won't live to regret it! The replay value is amazing, plus the tons of updates that are coming. It's just amazing. I don't think I'll ever delete it.
@foxmulderino Just think I have bought it since Day1, I keep playing every day, and I have only played three maps(I don't touch the last one-I tried once but it's soooo hard). Go get it man! These developers are great, they need everyone's support to keep up their GREAT WORK
Same here although I basically just play the first two maps, but the replay value is so incredible I have never once gotten bored, and I play it every day.
Apple monitors this thread. Every time someone asks what is taking so long, they push Bug Heroes to the back of the approval queue.
wait a second..... if somebody submits their score from BH 1.0.1, then it will go onto the old leaderboards, separate from the new ones, right? but if they update BH to 1.1 while they have a saved game, then they will lose their saved game, right? so I don't see how a 1.0.1 game could be submitted to the 1.1 leaderboards....
No from what he's saying it will not delete your old save thats why he kindly asked everyone to refrain from doing it.
It seems clear to me that Foursaken is suggesting that you would *not* lose your saved game when you upgrade from 1.0.1 -> 1.1.
