Here is a new bug i encountered When resume playing after the device was sleeping, i couldnt scroll down to buy new abilities. Everything else was working like buying main weapon upgrade, but couldnt scroll down the list. Will the new update also fix the spiders assassin cut its really a bug which can be reproduced often.
Yeah if possible please provide a checkpoint system, there would be no way to submit scores, but if you make it to round twenty you would have the option of starting there with the appropriate amount of experience and money.
This happened all the time to me, but I never thought to report it. The turret buying scrolling thing doesn't work as well, and neither does the insectipedia. A similar thing happens in NYZ as well. Just exit the app and all is well.

Interesting; we've seen this bug rarely but haven't figured out how to reproduce it. Strangely enough, tapping on the screen with two or more fingers should fix the scroller lists. Hmm, I've tried letting the device fall asleep, but I can't seem to reproduce the bug (I know it exists though). What device are you using? Also, do you remember exactly how you get the bug to appear? For example, do you: start kitchen -> play a few rounds -> pause game -> let device fall asleep -> resume Once we can figure out how to make the bug happen, then we can fix it
Second Gen touch, iOS 4.1. Yes, I can cause the glitch by doing what you said, but it works on any level and I can play any number of rounds. In addition, about fifty percent of the time this glitch happens, my progress up to the point of broken scrolling is deleted back to where the game last round saved.
Happens to me too. It's in any level, and I just press the power button to put it to sleep (without pausing). When I unlock wake it up again the menus stop scrolling, although it's never happened in the Insectopedia.
Caught in Food Pile... Encountered the food pile bug as well... Kitchen, Easy, Round 12... One of those cockroach thingies threw a grenade on top of my ant and the whole screen went black. The game continued but I couldn't see kitchen anymore... Then paused and unpaused... Still black... Then I exited the game and restarted it... Then I was stuck in the food pile... Restarting the game didn't rescue me... iPhone 3 GS 4.1. D.
Yeah, high score data will be encrypted. The look-out turret will not make it in this update and is in fact just a concept at this point. We never formally announced any of the new content which will be seen in the future, including whether we were going to include the attic and snow level ideas. All additional levels and larger undertakings will be kept under wraps for a while until we are ready to unveil more info
jamie I found a new bug. When playing the game if a phone call comes in and I answer the call when I go back to the game I cant scroll through the weapon upgrades for any character and the left stick gets stuck and hero just moves the place the stick gets stuck. Happened twice already.
I want to add a few sugestions about the last unlockable map: You should change the bullets colour of the friendly turrets, because right now its really confusing to not knowing what bullets you should dodge or not. Another sugestion is to make the map brighter at night, because I can barely see nothing. Its just too dark. About the online leaderboards: If you think that right now you can handle the hacks and frauds of the leaderboards, I think you should not going to Game Center, or at least, you should maintain the current Foursaken online leaderboards. One of the best things in this game is to get better scores and I think Game Center is just not very secure. Oh, i want to remember that you should change your game icon to a new one more brighter, because right now its just too dark and it doesnt help you to increase the game sales. Cheers
Interesting idea about the friendlies bullets, I like that. Yard is a dark level but play in a dark environment with your brightness up high and you'll be fine. High score data is going to be encrypted and secure. The developers are going to keep the curent leaderboards as well as adding GC. And you think GameCenter isn't secure? It's the apps not being secure, not Game Center.
Thanks, looking into it. I'm sure this is actually related to the other bug where you can't scroll the equipment list. Even when we add Game Center support we will still have both GC and our own servers... + the data is encrypted in the code before its sent off anywhere. This way people with lower gen devices or those who just don't like GC can still play and enjoy the leader boards just fine As for the friendly bullet colors its actually on our to-do list but is relatively low priority right now... we'll see if we can make it happen. Also just want to take the time to thank everyone who has supported Bug Heroes (and Foursaken Media) so far
I found another bug, it is similar to the phone call bug but it has to do with notifications from other apps. When a pop-up comes on, it causes the game to b stuck as fastbridge described it. Also I was wondering if there was a location that you could post updates being worked on or a list with pending/done etc. I have a few more ideas to add and wanted to see if it was already mentioned/on the list. As a final note, awesome job so far!

There is a list in the bug heroes guide but I was too lazy to update it, and read through all of Foursaken's posts. I suppose I should do that now.
OK AS SOMEBODY ELSE SAID, PLEASE MAKE THE FRIENDLY BULLETS A DIFFERENT COLOR. THAT WOULD BE AMAZING, AND I THINK IT SHOULD MOVE UP ON UR TO DO LIST. THANKS also, i mentioned this before, but theres like a bug, where if you play ur own music in the backround, open and play the app, and then close the app, your music stops as well. i don't think this should happen so...
