Wow, update is out already... THREE day approval So, again for those who missed it 2.3.1 is pretty much just a maintenance update. But for those who have experienced deleted profiles or lackluster stability, this one should be a biggie. Changelog - reset leader boards due to various balance changes and the addition of all the new heroes, alternate skins, etc - revamped data management system to prevent profiles from being corrupted, lost or deleted - profile and save data can now be synced and saved on iTunes - fixed several crashes - fixed a bug with Mosquito's Vampirism skill - fixed a bug so Mosquito is no longer affected by slug slime and spider webs
Just updated. Weird seeing all the leaderboards empty. Do Worm's shots pierce armor? Oh, and do the non-attacking turrets (Scouter, Charger, Forcefield, Food Cultivator, Mushroom...) benefit from Better Base Guns and Sparkplugs?
I don't think it does, but just leveling up Aim allows Worm to do decent damage against Armored Ants even with the basic weapon.. No, I don't believe they do.
Just had my first go of the new hard difficulty on kitchen and set a decent score and I'm liking the more shorter and challenging games .
The update is one smooth sailing so far. Though the Kitchen is getting harder on Hard. I dont remember that many fleas and armored fleas and a fast-expiring mushroom.
Haha, I'm telling you these are phantom changes that never happened... in fact in Hard the only change has been that you get a bit more gold after round 20+ edit: double checked and enemy spawn times were actually INCREASED by about 8% in this update for hard due to the apparent issues in the last update...
I wish there were an Autocannon base turret, but I guess that would render MG turrets obsolete. Where's K!? I haven't seen him in a while.
I saw K posted some score in the Office High Score. Wow, Cant get past round 20 in the office map, but man, can Roach dominate or what? He and his nailgun single-handed handled everyone in 20 round with little to no help from teammates. Just wow! What the...? Phantom changes? Is this possible that the bug enemies have evolved into something of a higher intelligence as some sort 0f counter-measure to the reinforcement?
Second place kitchen hard I probably could have come close to beating you oxy, but I lost my worm on round 10.. Lol It's crazy how much 8% changes
I think the 8% means that enemies spawn a bit later, meaning you have more room to breathe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Just FYI, it gets insanely more difficult after round 30. It took me several tries just to get past 34 before this last patch was released.
Even though roach is unaffected by poison (besides slow), whenever running over slime, "Poisoned" and "-Armor" still pop up. They don't actually happen AFAIK.
FM I think there is a bug on the normal leader boards for garden. Coke stand appears three times with the same score
Another Worm question- every weapon upgrade remains on medium damage. Is upgrading the weapon worthwhile? What does it do?
Upgrading will increase the damage but not that much i think. Upgrading weapon won't affect equipped weapons though like auto-turret.
Something that would be great would be a very expensive fourth weap upgrade that gives a large, significant boost to dmg. Another idea is a turret that boosts dmg or speed the farther away you are from it (helping slow heroes with getting around, etc.) or vice versa (closer = more dmg/speed) I know FM is for the most part done updating bug heroes. But I just thought I'd throw those ideas out there.
