delete Bug Heroes and do a clean install. you will lose all of your unlocks, but then you can unlock everything when Treasure Trove comes out.
Bug No treasure trove for me. Is it just me or does mantis seem to look different than all of the other heroes? He seems more...cartoonish. Also he only has four attack animations far as I can tell, so he seems to jump in the air and slash down a lot. Anyway, I have a bug to report. The money display on the upgrade buttons is blank. SS is mantis, but it was on all heroes. I started a new game on garden with mantis ant and beetle. EDIT: tried a new game in Restaurant with fly mantis and termite. Same issue.
Just crashed on me. 1G iPad, Kitchen, easy, fly, termite, mantis. Coming out of Mantis' equip screen and switching to Fly, the screen locked and shook as it was at "5" during the countdown to start the first level. Sound worked as it made the menu clicking as I tried to pause. Hit the Home button and then went back into Bug Heroes, now the screen wasn't shaking but it was still locked there. Deleted it out of the iPad's memory tray and restarted the game. Replicating the events that lead to the crash did not lead to another crash and played normally until I exited a few moments later. I rebooted the iPad after updating and essentially no crashing problems previously.
This Is crashing for me too... I can't play more than thirty seconds of coliseum mode with the new mantis...
@foursaken_media any hope left for Treasure Trove, or is it going to have to come in a future update?
Hate to say it but same here in the Coliseum(Stump). 1st time was when a bug spawned under me; right as you saw the smoke, it crashed. A few rounds after, it would just crash as soon as I attacked. This was on my iTouch 4G, I haven't had a chance to play it on my iPad 2 yet... Other than that, I'm loving him so far.
I'm not going to do a clean install this time. Anyway, Foursaken is probably already working on fixing the problems right now. Here's hoping to look forward to the next update with skin pack and a crash-free game. Other than that, i do agree that Mantis' picture looks a little funny, but he's still a freaking huge badass.
Seitrie, maybe that's what it looks like when Treasure Trove is working - ie. No cost displayed so you can have all of the abilities.
I thought that might be a possibility. But I don't have treasure trove in the store available to purchase, and when I click on a skill it says not enough money to buy.
Ah, it does the trick. Weird.... I'm happy to report that I didn't get any crash so far after changing the graphic option to low. But while playing in the office map, I do often get this annoying quick popup notification that said "loading" but then it disappeared quickly. The other weird glitch is when i played Mantis in Coliseum, i got mysteriously stuck between poles for Tree stump map and the whole map kept shaking in an endlessly loop.
Arrrrrg we are pulling our hair out right now, trust me... we are looking into the crashes ASAP! Sorry for the inconvenience guys :/ At least treasure trove is available. If you have purchased treasure trove, since everything is unlocked, we strongly recommend completely deleting the game and reinstalling it. You can recover all of your purchases for free once you have re-installed. I have yet to have any issues on a clean install (although we also did not encounter any issues on our test devices prior to release either). If you're NOT buying treasure trove and are getting crashes, the current workaround is to put it on low graphics... thanks for the tip, Oxynidus. Again, we apologize and will figure it out and hopefully get a fix patch expedited by Apple asap.
For clarification, if someone buys treasure trove, is everything unlocked permanently? Can you toggle it on or off for each game - or is it always on from the time of the purchase onward? It might be fun to try some games with unlimited resources (once I personally unlock each ability, level, etc.), but the challenge intrigues me so I would not want the effects to be permanent. FM, will you be updating the opening revolving screen now that you have a tenth character? How soon until you submit the skins update to itunes? I am missing two insects in the Insectopedia (after spider webber and before the necromancer). What are they and what level do they show up on? I am assuming the living room level - perhaps I just did not play it enough times or long enough to see them yet.
Mantis' Reckless + Predator + Fury = BEASTLY AWESOME Despite changing to low graphic option, playing in Coliseum can still cause crashes. I guess I will eventually have to do the reinstall suggestion... Did you try all 3 maps in the Coliseum? If not, then I guess it's probably the Living Room or the Garden.
but the reinforcments are only new skins or basically new char with different skill and stats? btw i dont like how mantis look
