Probably, but that's not what goes into their review process. They're ensuring the devs haven't done anything to break the rules of the app store and that all the "paperwork" is in order. I'm not even sure if they check to see if the game executes at all given some of the stuff that's come through the review process with the stamp of approval. It's probably a lot of dry, boring running code through parsers looking for verboten things like data stealing and nipple easter eggs.

the wait continues.... it'll be forced load-off in any case, either the gamer is forced to update as the wait has been long (iThink it'll be worth the wait!) & has to finish the games (we can have many in paused status) which he wanted to continue in the right mood, gear & time! or the load-off is magical in a way... the update hits the store, it's done & then the gamer (who's still frothing as it's Out & all charged up to get the bad bugz, shell by shell! / hobo's way... Delivering justice, one shell at a time...) realizes that he lost the paused games!

The amount of content in this update is staggering and sure to keep busy for some time. It's not wonder Apple is taking so long to approve. I wonder if there staff gets pissed off when developers send in massive updates that clog up production for days. Edit: Frankly I think this Bug Heroes update is one of the seven signs of Armagedon and best it be delayed as long as possible.
BH should be a schedule 4 drug I have never before been this excited for a update or game yet. It's like a addictive drug and even know it will give me carpel tunnel in my thumbs I need it bad. I dont think I am even this excited for the release of LA Noir. I bet it will drop tonight when the new games come out. I hope at least!
