Why are you saying that? When the update went into "Review" on friday everyone was checking until like 12am...including you...but now youre giving up at 5?... do they still review apps until late into the night?
You're saying that just to avoid getting our hopes up, right? Or do you really expect it to take about a day?
hahaha...were such losers...i just wanna play the new heroes damnit....sigh.... its probably better it doesnt come out tonight...i have a huge anatomy and physiology midterm tomorrow....goddamn pharmacy school, interfering first with my marvel vs capcom 3 skills, and now bug heroes...i could be way over 97,000 points by now if i wasnt studying all the time!
Your priorities are clearly messed up. You need to spend more time on Toucharcade, and have other members lead you back to the things of true value and importance in life.
if there were less retarded games like zenonia dominating the action/RPG ipod landspace id be on here more
I'm just telling myself that, to try and temper my enthusiasm of hours upon hours upon days of gaming goodness..... Seriously this update will provide people, who truly enjoy this genre, months of gameplay. It's literally an entirely new game, IMO with all the content. For .99 a pop you can not get more for your money period. Enjoy these times my friends... Quality of this type for .99 is value that most people do not appreciate. I get the sarcasm now, sorry my emotional ties clouded my judgement.
Hmmmmmmmmm...... *Translates* So it's been approved and your waiting to release it Wednesday night huh? Spoiler
Grrrrr.... I'm all out of energy and free credits for contract killer by glu, I have to wait 3 hours for zombies to grow in zombie farm... What to do??? Well, it's 5pm PST I guess it will be the 8th day before we can enjoy this slice of gaming heaven. =^(
Heh. I'd be crazy if I didn't have minecraft. One more thing. Would it be better or worse if you knew more about the heroes? Would it make you more or less excited? Just wondering.
I'm not sure to be honest... Bug heroes was a sleeper for me. I actually just bought on a whim and played it for a day and didn't like it. I didn't like it because I never took the time to fully appreciate what FM had taken the time to do and flesh out a blending of genres into one seamless game. Once I took note and realized how simple but yet complex of a game it became addictive with just how dynamic it is. I love how I knew nothing about the game so had zero expectations about it... It was just new, fresh, fun... No standards perceived by myself to pass or fail... It was like the first time you went around the block as a young lad and it was fun, adventurous. I like that no knowing so I can make my own first judgement for myself. I want to discover the newness by myself for a game of this magnitude. Man for the last two nights I have had nothing to do, pure free time, rather dishearting not being able to satisfy the eagerness. I guess it will be on the 8th day that a higher power will unleash it on us.
I'll tease you with one (well... 2) new enemies that are pretty unique The "Fungus Ant Necromancer." Basically he will resurrect any enemies that die within a radius of him as a "Fungus Zombie." Fungus Zombies are nearly immune to damage, and will basically only die once you kill the Necromancer which created them... they can really start piling up and creating some havoc if you don't take down the Necromancers quickly! I know, I know... zombies you say?!? Actually the Fungus Ant Necromancer is based on a real life fungus which infects Carpenter Ants and basically makes them into ant zombies. Crazy, I know, but true! http://www.csmonitor.com/Science/2011/0303/Zombie-ants-How-a-fungus-takes-control-of-carpenter-ants Another cool new enemy is the "Hungry Bug", which carries a huge knife and fork as weapons. They'll spin and spin for a few seconds, damaging anything that gets in their path. After a while they'll tire and rest for a few seconds -- basically the only time they are vulnerable. In fact, the 25+ new enemies (most of them very unique) are a very underrated part of the update imo
Wow, Talk about a tease! You do it better then my girlfriend wearing lingerie giving me finger gestures.
Bug heroes will be competing here the next few nights for lingerie time.... Bah... I'm going to have to take a longer than normal shower putting blame on manscaping to get me my BH fix, heh. Not a bad spot to be in.
OT: Read about zombie ants some time ago, and iirc, certain wasp can "tap" into a cockroach's brain and makes it as the personal vehicle and then living fridge for her kids Ah, here it is (warning: if you hate roaches, the images may be too graphic for you): http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2007/12/071206-roach-zombie.html http://boingboing.net/2006/02/03/wasp-performs-roachb.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emerald_cockroach_wasp
