Played with Eli earlier while he was streaming. Incredibly laggy. Probably because he's in Chicago and I'm in the Philippines. Same lag issue with Monster Adventure. Movement kept stuttering, screen would freeze at times, and it would get incredibly slow whenever I got near the base. iPhone 5 7.x
Heh, yeah we watched Actually looked like the lag got a lot better as the game went on, but we're looking into some other alternatives to what we have. Unfortunately GC can be a bit unreliable, and some of that is out of our control
So do you guys tend to level up one hero a bunch and give home good equipment, then do the same for your second? Or do you usually try to keep them even. I used to do the former, but I've started doing the latter
Does anyone have all the heroes already or is there any web guides I can refer to regarding all the 25 heroes pro and con? A simple guide will do lol.
Hopefully, the wiki I set up earlier tonight will eventually grow to include thorough details of all heroes. For now, I think posts by me and other pre-release players in the upcoming thread (some of them reposted here in this thread, on page 3) is your best go-to for hero details. That, plus looking at each hero in-game and guessing what each ability might do from its name
Yes this happened to me as well! It was survive 4 rounds with 3level 3 sheilder turrets. I got it down to two stars because I kept losing. Then it was three rounds with 1 level 1 turret! I thought this felt weird
I go with bumblebee and crab spider( who I like a lot because he has a deflector ability ) and hit auto buy for both
Even, most of the time, with some situational exceptions, and some priority given to my primary skirmisher/hero counter. (Sharpened edges/Needle rounds might be an early priority for a hero with little or no armor piercing who has to go up against armored bugs and heroes early on, etc.)
Good game, Could you add an option for the non controlled teammember to use his own abilities when not controlled? Thanks.
This was purposefully avoided as to make hero switching a necessity for effective play, at least in particular scenarios and situations. It chafed me initially, but now I think it is a vital part of the dual hero mechanic, and one of the things that propel BH2 to greatness The legendary heroes exist as an alternative to this mechanic, and a nice mix up of the standard gameplay.
What do you mean missions are infinite? As for endless, it's typically used to extend gameplay after you've beaten all the main missions in a game, so I'm confused when I hear you say that missions are infinite.
Glad to see this game comes out real soon! I'm going to be playin on my iTouch 3rd gen, same one from 2-3 years ago with BH1. Hope it's up to the test!
I think yer missing the meaning of "necessity" But nah, on a slightly more serious note, I think Foursaken truly intended for the dual hero mechanic to be a required, integral part of the gameplay, a deeply embedded aspect of the mechanics that should not be bypassed any less than buildings turrets, collecting resources or knowing the enemies' behaviour or weaknesses. Thus, no option. Endless is actually the primary mode, in many ways. Missions are randomly generated, and primarily intended to earn the player upgrade stars and present contextual challenges, and by "infinite", it is meant that you have an infinite supply of new missions whenever you beat one.
