Endless Mode is a good way to earn gems. Killing ranged bugs is determined on your preference. Speedier heroes have an advantage to dodge bullets, whereas ranged heroes, well, obviously, you can shoot thm before they shoot you. Tankier heroes are probably the best since they have Light and Heavy Armor, both reducing armor piercing and damage taken (latter to 0), and negating armor piercing by the number, respectively. If you have Crab Spider, you can do both toggles and line breaker on the Food Stash in skirmish games for quick and easy wins, too. Easy Diamonds all around.
I bought the legendary mouse and i'm just wondering what's the effect of upgrading the support squad skill? I can't seem to notice any difference after upgrading it.
Duration of the skill increases, I think. If you hold on the skill, the orange numbers tell you what aspects of the skill scale up.
Reached my first level 20 bug WOOOTT GOT MY FIELD MOUSE TO 20!! and killerluffy246, field mouse is really good, especially in 1v1 if you just rage into the others stash( though people dont like it) you might win! In co-op its a great hero! With a level 5 "tactical point" ability, it takes down war snails amd centipedes within 10 seconds! IT HAD INSANE HEALTH 1566 AT LEVEL 20 and with the teir 4 gun and armor, its literally invincible. And if you add a "sleeping bag" and a "biscope" it does more damage(70 per shot like 20 bullets that like 2000 damage( with tactical point ability). Its a nightmare Anyway my next goals are getting my level 5 alphid to 20 , but I got my finals in a few day, so that might have to wait. Also, note for FORSAKEN MEDIA: Can you like maybe buff the creep spawn ability of characters? Like the "field mouse" ,"fly gunslinger" "army ant" can spawn friendlies, but they become literally useless, they have low hp, for example field mouse has an ability to spawn commando flea(60hp) and even at level 5 ability, it still spawns a 60hp flea. After round 10 In co-op every enemy does minimum 70 damage, so the ability is preety useless, even if you spend 10 minutes to carefully get 10 fleas, in 1 hit of an enemy all of them die. Its better to have an ability to kill youself :/ so please look into this? Thanks
Why would they buff further already strong heroes? Perhaps if they put in an expensive gold item that buffs pets that would be fine - at least there is a cost of item and taking up one item slot.
Yeah I'm really not sure what the deal is... been waiting for review for 12 days now :/ All of other games' have been updated! We may actually reject it and just resubmit with all the changes if it doesn't get in review by the end of today. Yeah, its bugged >_< Supposed to give +1 units per squad, per ability level.
You should just reject and resubmit the patches after merging them. I don't know why Apple's being such a stingy bugger with Bug Heroes 2's update.
Is it just me or do most abilities have 0 armor piercing, regardless of your character's piercing? For instance, Ladybug's Counter-attack ability always fails when countering an armored ant, even if she has Serrated Edges.
What if it takes this long for the next update? I'm wondering if you're going to ask for expidited review on it. In my opinion, this is a good time for that, though I still don't know how often you can ask for that. What on earth is taking them so long?
At this poinf I'd cancel and resubmit the patch/merge. I bought apps that came out after and already had updates go through. Apple really needs to streamline this process.
Its finally 'In Review', meaning it should hit in a day or two, if not today if we're lucky. We'll be submitting part 2 update ASAP the second this one gets approved.
Yeah, looks like thats something we forgot to add into abilities (inheriting natural AP values into abilities) - adding for next update.
I really really hate how the mission objectives are all mandatory now. There used to be a timer in th first game where it felt optional and you get a more enjoyable sense of accomplishment when actually having completed the objectives. This game feels like a chore per rounds in comparison. Okay.. Rescue the next slave, next... Hold positions, next... The worst part of it all, is that you can easily cheat the system by waiting out on earlier rounds and stack up upgrades, cash, and support bug spam while not completing objectives for the round.
Known exploit that's already fixed. As for the missions, I think the BH1 system worked better in theory than it did in reality. Not only did it constantly interrupt gameplay, but every game would reach a point where it wasn't worth it to take on ANY missions anymore, because the risk was too great.
How? This is how I beat the build 4 level 3 Armory towers and beat 6 rounds. On the first strategic location mission I had, I didn't claim it and built up my armory towers. When I had 4 level 3 towers, I claimed the location and then started my "6" rounds to beat the mission. Is this an exploit and how do you fix that? Force them to claim in a given amount of time?
About the taking risk part, that's why I loved it. Because when you can, it is very satisfying. I would actually feel good about rescuing Allies. I am sure you guys could come up with compromises though? Either way, still prefer the timer with a tweak.
