Found something interesting: Seems that the Hero mastery level is based on your in game levels gained. I noticed the mastery exp at end of round goes up as your in game levels gained go down. This offers interesting insight: To maximize your mastery level you would want to gain as many in game levels as quickly as possible. What i am not sure is if exp gained from lvl 20-30 in game is same exp given to mastery as lvl 1-10 in game? Ways i found you gain exp in game quicker: 1. Kill stuff with your hero 2. Gather stuff and drop it off to your base 3. Build turrets/update turrets
Can't believe people are complaining about hero cost on the App Store (mostly star acquisition being too high past 5 and 25.) you do realize for $5 you can get 800 diamonds, which could buy you 6 heroes. Most MOBA style games it costs $15 for a new hero, or nearly days and days of farming to get them for "free." Once you get a good enough hero and have a grasp of the initial concepts of the game you can get a hero a day via endless play, more than that if you grind.
150 gems Hi guys , I just got myself 150 gems ( grinded for 3 hours in endless mode lol ) , can anyone give me some good suggestion which bug hero should I buy ? The first 4 free bug heroes I got is Ant , Pillbug , Waterbug and Cicada . And btw my gc is Killer-LuffY .
I learned today by accident u can reload your ranged heroes gun by clicking the top right of screen icon (the weapon icon) it also shows how close to empty your clip is. It's nice to reload while ealking somewhere, helps out clear stuff faster.
Ant and Pillbug are amazing support/defenders so i would suggest you get a offensive killer/gatherer. I'm not familiar with Waterbuf and Cicada but i can tell you they probablly are not top tier for killer/gatherer. My melee suggestion is Black Widdow as she can go invisible 13 sec at a time and can still attack while invisible, she has a line aoe that also gets her out of CC and a smoke teleport that lets her escape tricky spots. Damage and run speed is superb. My ranged suggestion is Fly: nothing quite like zipping across battlefield at mach 3 speeds followed by 20+ pets that form a protective circle around you. Fun times Other good Gatherer I personally like is Slug as he can teleport around safely and has a item that gives him 3hp per sec. His attack is line but it is aoe, very fast also and he's pretty tanky. He does move slow though.
Mantis is squishy for a legendary, but compensates with extremely efficient self-healing. (At higher levels and when used properly, Mantis Cut will heal Mantis fully from near-dead with each use.) A cap will be imposed on the number of allies Fly can summon. My guess he will still be able to field plenty bandit gnats, enough for some serious firepower, but most probably not in their twenties or more She is truly amazing. Her AoE armour/movement speed debuff is supremely useful as well, allowing her to inflict damage on enemies with plenty of heavy armour withouth purchased armor piercing. Catch a large group of enemies in your web in front of your base, and turrets will need but seconds to decimate them all. And there is something very liberating about playing a character where all FOUR of her abilities can help her both to escape, and to chase down fleeing heroes
Whoa , thanks for ur awesome reply , btw r u sure black widow is the best among thise 150 gems ? Yes its true that my support is pretty good with pillbug as a "live" turret , all i need now is an attacker just like wat u just said , how about beetle , captain and crab shielder ? I say black widow is not strong cuz by the looks of it , it dos not look buff at all , it looks tiny lol , plz reply me and correct me if Im wrng , I dont wanna waste my 150 gems . Thank you
Where do you get then info that Fly hero Banditos will be capped in future? I feel if you are paying 275 gold for a bit of a meat shield and damage it's ok, makes this very squishy hero more fun to use. I can't help spamming Banditos and then they all get 1 shot aoe killed and I'm stuck without any weapon or armor upgrades due to my banditos spam/addiction - lol
From Foursaken, so I'm afraid that word is probably pretty final But yeah, Fly needs their aid, so I guess we will still be able to summon large numbers. And yeah, their are kinda addictive Moving about the battlefield with 20+ in tow makes you feel like a tank. Made up from lots and lots of small, fluttery parts Here is a slightly more thorough walkthrough of her strength and weaknesses. Shortened, she is probably one of the best burst DPS heroes in the game, with good crowd control and absolutely unmatched mobility (teleport, stealth and attack that propels her quite a bit forward), and each of her abilities fit so well into her playstyle and synergize with each other. But she is also very vulnerable (a fact which can be partly alleviated through her unique equipment, and with all the opportunities for escape her abilities provide).
Wasn't Fly immune to puddles in BH? And I'm gonna be buying some legenadaries later today. Out of all the legendary chars, I would like to know which one you guys think are the weakest or hardest to use. Those are the chars I want to unlock and figure out some strats for.
So I can't play single player. I have 23 stars and I have 2 missions that require more stars than I own and then a mission that requires heroes I don't own. That is some bullshit right there. Then I decided to play some multiplayer which promptly crashed at the height of battle. I'm pretty annoyed I bought this game. I was deciding about throwing some cash in for a legendary hero but if I can't play the game then what the hell is the point?
Foursaken has addressed this several times throughout the several pages of this forum. They have an updated already submitted that takes care of the hero specific missions, as well as the internet issues, as well as the star stuff....
Well it does suck for you but until the fixes come out that sort your issues I suggest playing endless. Collect some gems from that and get more heroes, it's pretty much the main part of the game in my opinion so it's not the end of the world just yet. Still if I was locked out like that I may be frustrated too but I'd just do the above, I gather that changes are going to be submitted soon re this issue.
Guys help, I found a strange flying helicopter creep while playing skirmish but I didn't get a good look at it. What is it?
So Fly is going to be nerfed?? Well that's just sad. I hope I can still summon at least 20 of the little bastards! Hopefully they are at least cheaper to counter balance the cap.
It's the gyrocopter here. Btw just added black widow abilities & equipment to the wiki for anyone interested.
Hmm wiki works fine on PC but on IOS Safari none of the heroes are clickable - it's just text of their name... What gives?
Well I'm glad my problems are being work on. It just really sucks to be locked out of the game for 24 hours. Especially when I was a mission or two away from a new hero. Anyways I hate editing wiki so I'll just post army ant stuff here. Hp:265 Attack:15 Armor piercing: 0 Light armor: 30 Heavy armor: 10 His main attack is slow but knocks back Inspire (Passive): When army ant kills an enemy x% chance of healing nearby allies by x. Currently my level 7 ant has a 40% of healing 55. Inspiring Banner (active): creates a flag that heals nearby allies by 1 hp/s and increase their damage by 30%. Level 2 is 2 hp/s and 50% damage. Honor smash (active): Deals 128 damage in an AOE. For every 200 damage done nearby allies gain 10 heavy armor and 10 damage for 10 seconds. Lead the charge (active): Army ant gains +2 speed and reduces damage taken by 50% for 10 seconds. Whenever army ant hits an enemy near by allies recover 10 hp and gain 10 heavy armor for 10s Calvary (active): summons a Calvary unit. Every level increases their damage and speed by 15%. Golden saddle (item): heals nearby allies by 1 hp/s. 750 gold Stunner (item): 20% of stunning enemies for 3 seconds. 750 gold Reinforced shield (item): reduces melee damage taken by 4. 500 gold Army Ant is a great defensive, supportive, and offensive unit. He deals a lot of damage and can take a lot of damage. His walk speed is decently fast. His attack knocks enemy back, so they take longer to attack back. He can summon a large army given enough time. He is also great at healing allies and himself (his abilities heal himself but his item doesn't) and giving everyone lots of armor. I use him with black widow, who becomes very deadly when giving some heavy armor. His only downside side is that his abilities have very long cool downs. Edit: I think that is all I got on army ant.
