Couple questions: Does the bug banner create an aura around the base? Aroun my hero? Is it the entire map? Wouldn't make sense to be just around the base, since creeps don't hang around there often. Also does it effect my creeps I spawn as a hero, field mouse for instance. Shield mobs, do they just have high armor or are they vulnerable to rear attacks? How exactly does heavy armor work on mobs, seems like it only occasionally keeps me from doing damage. Is that just my talent passive kicking in (% chance for armor piercing to kick in)
Just got this and played for about an hour. I got stuck on one mission where I didn't do it right though. I was pretty stupid, but I did find out how hard the game got. Good god, some of the later rounds have some TOUGH enemies. Anyway, I can't believe this game is only $1. It could probably be on consoles for at LEAST 10. Also, what do gems do?
By gems I assume you mean Diamonds? It lets you unlock heroes quicker and purchase scrolls, which are items you can equip to your hero, for example damage, stun, crit, extra hp, extra move speed etc.
I don't struggle on most 5 star anymore I pass most of them pretty easily but sometimes it depends on the enemies I get and can struggle. I've had 1 mission with certain heroes required for days now and higher stars than I have missions so it can be annoying....especially since last time I bought the heroes for one them I didn't even like the play style so would have rather picked my own.
Thank you, still leaves the unable to ever find a mp issue though, wonder what's causing it,game bug or not enough players around?
Not sure if you saw my earlier post but I also was having framerates down to the slideshow level on my 4S, with quite a few enemies on screen using the Ladybug and Moth. I switch perspectives sometimes but mostly use the overhead view and am pretty sure that's what I was using when this occurred.
How are you suppose to destroy 3 holes when there's all of this? Also those ant bulb enemies are what is causing the massive framerate drops for me, as soon as they die it returns to normal.
Quick question, would it be possible to have the tutorial be redoable? I have no idea what the strategic points do, how to take an enemy's and other things.
Strategic Spots - think of em as king of the hill in that area + u can build a turret there. If they kill your turret u must stand there to take spot again Enemy Base, think of it as a MOBA main base, it's guarded by turrets and enemies- u can only destroy it Hope that helps
I plan on buying a legendary hero. It'll be either tarantula or mantis (had both as pets once ). Can someone give me an overview of these two or tell me where I could find one. Much appreciated. Fantastic game btw.
It made no difference, it was those light green trails coming in at a narrow fan and some part of the sticky -SPEED GFX that did it. Once I was hit by those things the engine just seized up, even if I switched to the other character with a completely different view/location. If I exited from the game and then reloaded my auto-save, I would have free movement and framerate to do something in for several seconds before it locked up again. Obviously I did a full reboot/etc to no avail.
Having more Strategic Points (I think whether there's a turret actually built on it or not) increases the rate you receive gold. And another thing I kind of forgot from the tutorial. Swipe down on the right side of the screen to turn around and face backward quickly.
Paying Mantis (has article on wiki) http://bugheroes2.wikia.com/wiki/Praying_Mantis_Legendary_Hunter Tarantula: melee, slow walk speed but has a skill that allows faster walking, his attacks are AOE and push away enemies.
Cannot quit playing this! Way to go, Foursaken, for knocking it out of the park. I've gotten stuck getting missions for bugs I don't have. . .yet, but it's nothing that's stopping me from having a blast.
What is the highest Endless level on leader-boards now? I could not check the rankings for 2 days now, every time it times out and says "error." I have also heard other say the same error happens to them, so I wonder if it is server side? Curious those of you who got past level 30+ what advice you can share. I'm on lvl 26 now with Field Mouse on normal difficulty living room map, so far seems i can keep going as i haven't been even close to losing yet.
Ok guys I REAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLYYYYYYY love this game but some cool and nice things were removed from the original game like history scrolls that you could collect, actual story,I know it is hard to create it and no one really cares about it cause people mainly care about the gameplay but still it would be nice,day/night cycle, certain skills that were removed from old characters(well I kinda cannot complain about that cause we have tons of characters and it is good that we have only main skills and not both overpowered and underpowered skills),I know it never ever existed in the original bug heroes but it could be nice if we could give orders to our troops/mercenaries(defend,attack)especially in missions or quests where you have to conquer 3 zones and control them for 2 minutes or longer, more kinds of mobs-what happened to the queen ant?Vampire bugs? One of the most fun mobs to fight with-catepillar and of course the scorpions!
Queen ant is still in I want to have playable legendary scorpion hero it doesn't make sense that vampire bugs aren't in when there are still fungal mages but I guess they're not in becouse of the day/nigh cycle
It's possible to buy an app without wifi that's over the non-wifi limit now... I'm amazed it wasn't possible before, I had to boot up my computer and buy from there in that case. (Well, I'm on an iPhone, so I have a non-wifi connection method, but I don't know about you.) You get a message that it will be downloaded when you connect to wifi, and a "waiting" icon shows up on your home screen. However, this does not appear to apply to apps redeemed with a gift code. No "waiting" icon actually showed up until I redeemed the code on wifi, and instead of saying the code was already redeemed before, it appeared to redeem it then...
I haven't got past round 30 but I did it to 29 on hard. Be sure to get shielder turret and a turret that can deal with something you have problems with (for example cannon lvl4 is good against most of ranged units while it sucks against fast siege units). Try to keep rounds short. Eat food only from the stash. If you get a very hard mision, you have to start risking a lot (Once I had a mision to hold strategic locations and there were really strong enemies so I sold a turret from my stash to buy 1 snail turret and heroes were defending the remaining 2 while the stash was unprotected (which caused a lose later))
