You're not being forced out of anything, you're just being greedy. Why dont you hardcore on endless and build up diamonds to buy the bugs? hmm.
I don't think I'm being greedy at all. Mission mode: possibly 10 rounds for 5 stars. Endless: 14 rounds, 1 star. Less than one fifth the stars, and I'm greedy for wanting a little more? Really? ...Okay, I have a limited-time-available 5 star mission here. The missions aren't as long as before, apparently. Mission mode: 6 rounds, 5 stars. Endless: 14 rounds, 1 star. One fifth the stars... for more than double the rounds! Greedy for wanting more? No way! Seriously? It's not even 1/10 as good...
Well. Yeah 1 star for 14 rounds is petty, but endless isn't used for stars, missions are. Whereas endless is used for diamonds and missions arent. wanting both is considered greedy. Not hugely greedy, but silly greedy. I know what your're saying. You just want a little more stars, but do you, really? Just be grateful for even getting 1 star at all. If you're starving and there's an apple tree, would you go for the average apple at the bottom or the perfect apple the top, knowing the risk of falling?
Missions aren't useless for earning diamonds, just not as good... (Judging by how far I'm managing to get in Endless, anyway... which is about 14 rounds.) But Endless is practically useless for stars. Why not give a little more stars so it balances out better? It would be better if I could play either mode without feeling like I'm wasting time on earning the other mode's thing, still having it so each mode is better at earning one of them... as opposed to being like I have to play a specific mode to earn the specific thing, which is more restrictive on what mode I can choose to play. More restrictions is less fun, so why not make it a little better?
This is becoming fast the worst topic I've seen here in a long time. There's not a single day without whining because someone think one's entitled to have the game the way they want to be. Jesus effin Christ, just stop playing this damn game or accept the way it is. It is not meant to be the way every single annoying winner nerd desire. If it does not amuse you, eff off.
*sigh* How on earth is it a problem to want to earn more than 1/10 the stars in Endless? How am I whining by pointing out that is a very low amount? This "greedy/whining" talk is ridiculous. And that's anti-whining whining, doubly ironic because there's no way my complaint is whining. Endless gives way less stars. It hardly gives any. That is undeniable. I have a point. Of course people are going to point out "problems"... And then the developers take note of the problems and fix them if they think they need fixing. That's how it works, that's how stuff gets made better, someone "complains" and someone does something about it, if necessary. I was not whining. I was pointing out a potential problem. And trying to explain my point better so people would get it.
Firstly, it is not a problem. Secondly, you are complaining about something Foursaken has given us as an extra, something we never complained about or asked for. Thirdly, If you don't want to play missions, maybe you should... Play missions? It is the main core of the game (for now) and it's like saying.,, 'This game sucks because it only has multiplayer and you get way less money from multiplayer. Well, there is a campaign mode, but I want to play multiplayer'
Yes, but the people complaining about "whining" apparently thought my complaints were a problem. But that doesn't mean I can't suggest that it might need adjusting. I'm surprised so many people are arguing against me. It's not like I think I'm right all the time, but in this case... Really, it's one star for 14 rounds. That is a small amount. Surely I have a valid point? Surely I can suggest it seems too small? There's nothing wrong with making a comment about that. What's with the argument? I'm sorry, I don't mean to sound like I'm demanding that they must change it. I just think they should, so I'm saying I think they should. Endless was the main mode of the first game. It's a major mode in this game too. And why not comment on how much other modes give you?
Fair enough, it's completely fine for you to mention something that you think needs adjusting/fixing. I actually don't see why this made a big argument lol. Maybe you should email them or something, instead of telling them on this forum where everyone will argue against you (like i did)
Yes, well, I was seriously expecting everyone to agree that one star is a really small amount for 14 rounds. And I really wasn't expecting everyone to complain about a suggestion like that. Okay, enough about that argument.
Well anyway, I just finished a 4 star survival mission against ninja spiders and let me tell you those buggers are tough, I was down to my last bug. It was my level 20 Pill Bug whom I used to spam shots at those invisible spiders, I had to use so many health potions. Also asking for more stars in endless mode is pointless because of the next update, just my opinion I don't want any trouble key board warriors, carry on.
I think the star gain is fine- once you get the junk gem, five-star missions are pretty easy, and you can get about 50 stars in one day
Gold and Ability Gems also further decrease the difficulty, but it still depends on missions more than anything else. I once got a streak of... What, 110 stars in one day..? But yeah. xP
