" i was called in to participate in a focus group for this game. it looked nothing like <the cinematic video below>. it was impressive looking, but more on par with a playstation 1 game. controls were a mess. not sure what they can possibly do to make it any good."

Those graphics up higher are from the DS game, are they not?

No, it is not slow. That news is totally misinterpreted. iPod touch, iPhone and iPhone 3G all have equal performance. The improved clock speed of iPod touch 2G is only a bonus.

  10. You are almost right. They look like the same graphics and levels ported over to the iPhone/Touch ie with smoother textures etc. I owned the DS version a while ago, and thought it was good, but it was flawed. Call Of Duty 4 on the DS was a much better game imo. Still, the app store version will cost a lot less than £25 I suppose.

Looks like the video has been removed from the IGN page, so I guess it wasn’t the iPhone version...

The game on the DS hat framerate issues. I liked it, but stopped playing because it wanted me to do something which I couldn't do because I used all my grenades before ;).
