Right, that's what I'm talking about. Since you can't crouch everywhere there is no dedicated crouch button in MP. There is only the take cover button in some places.
Holy crap, the multiplayer graphics are just amazing...really second to none. I'm not sure why but they seem way better than single player. Great job with multiplayer. I wasn't a fan of novas multiplayer, and MC:S had oooook multiplayer, this is definitely the best in any FPS as of right now. One thing...gameloft you have set the standard in FPS controls, please choose a layout and stick with it. Get it consistent. Hell, just allow us to edit the placement if we'd like but I hate getting used to them then having to relearn the placement once a new game is out. I don't really understand some of these comments. You can shoot and aim, the AI isn't bad(some croutch, some come from behind, etc), and seriously this is the best multiplayer you can find. Maybe coop Eliminate will change that...but we have no idea right now. $8? Definitely worth it if you even have a slight intreset.
I'd play the game more often if they had multiple ranks like in CoD (that dont reset ) with unlockables , gives on the will to come back and be the very best (pokemon!) but the multiplayer is really good when you have some free time and want to have fun (better than MC and NOVA).
I finally downloaded the game, and I'd have to say that I am deeply disappointed. I've rebooted my iPhone and I'm playing on a 3G, and there is constant lag. The frame-rate is very choppy, and the animations are terrible. Swipe to look isn't smooth like it is in NOVA, but it is choppy and slow.
BIA2 rocks. I can't believe the price. I'm willing to pay $10 for this game. It is better than a lot of $39.99 PSP games! Gameloft, Gameloft, Gameloft, Gameloft, Gameloft, Gameloft, Gameloft!
I think this was added / removed as a deliberate choice to force players to use the map strategically and give less opportunity to glitch. I remember a friend who worked on BLACK once told me that they very early on realised they could save themselves huge amounts of development time by simply removing the jump button.
Games alright. Don't like how the ranks reset. Graphic are pretty good, Never been a fan on the gameloft controls. I agree that it's waay better than mcs. But the deaths on this game can be a little better. Overall out of five 2/5
I decided to take the plunge with this one despite the mixed reviews. I'm glad I did. Multiplayer runs smoothly on my 3G. The team play and better maps (more places to hide, corner/wall cover etc.) make the online experience better than NOVA in my view. I haven't really tried the campaign mode yet.
U are so right. Look based on whats been released lately I will take it but this game feels rushed to me. Gamloft, please step it up or use the devs from mc and nova to build ur games.
Just got the game and it's alright. Slightly laggy on my iPod touch 2G but bearable. I find it a bit weird that the game keeps switching from 1st person to 3rd person when you hide behind cover.
not sure really i quite like normandy for team deathmatch, but if were going for regular deathmatch or domination, id say bridges btw i will be hosting a team deathmatch tonight, if u wanna join
I'm number 96 in the world! 226 kills so far. I'm liking this multiplayer more than nova and mc:sandstorm. I like the maps.
Only playing single player mode so far. Sometimes a bit laggy on my 3GS but rarely. Great to have a story with the game and it's FAR more than I ever expected to see on my phone! I really like this - a good 8.5/10. The guy who gave this 2/5? No way in a million years does this title deserve such a low rating - maybe you have the phone round the wrong way or something and thought it was all about night manouvres? ;-) Cheers, Jamie.
