Will this game have traditional RPG elements like Level system, stats system(str, dex, int, con etc)? Also I hope super/ultra move will be flashy like street fighter as oppose to tekken.
Hi, Sorry but the awnser is no.... there is a level system, you can upgrade character look and moves and ability...but we don t go into detail like str dex int con etc... as the game is primary an action game as for the ultra super move... We have fire ball and dragonpunch like move is that what you looking for...We also have some kind of gameplay similar to mortal kombat fatality...
Hello guys, Let's give you an overview of what we ve been up to the last few weeks... 1- Face editor, We ve started integrate the face editor into the game.it would be quite long to explain how it work so here came some screenshot of the asset. It s all based on morph target and a few textures swap(diffuse, normal and teintmap) very similar to what you see in nextgen boxing or wrestling title... Later on using the same techno, we will add ingame facial expression like pain, anger, fear, etc...it s all done, just need to be integrated... 2- New environements, We polished few environement already in and added new one to the game here one of the new one: 3- Fighting stance, We ve implemented a new fighting stance into the game; Karate So you can now select between brawler and karate 4- Animation polish, Before moving on the fatality and supermove part of the game we made a "final" pass of polish on the attack move...it s quite a long task with around 60 clip to clean up. unfortunatly we don t have video of the game to show yet. 5- IA improvement, Altrough not completed, the IA for the fighter improved a little bit. as soon as it is good enough we will show you preview video... So that what we ve been doing those last few weeks...

We got 20 differentes levels in the game...(6 scrolling level, 12 arena level,1 Vr level for training and 1 secret level) ...Doing new level is really easy the only limitation is the final size of the app. but we still have some space so we will continue add few more... The character, it would be really hard to say there generated through the body editor, faceeditor, combos editor...so there probably few million combination there 6 gangs tho...(punkhead, neopanther, warmonger, black lotus, yakuza, wrecking crew, ) We may include a arcade mode with presetted character... but this isn t the priority right now...
I hope you add some type of replayability into this game. Not like many other games which you can beat in under 5 hours and you don't want come back again.
Not sure how long the game will be at this stage... 20+ environements, around 6 game mode in each. But you don t have access to all this at start you need to level up you character to unlock those missions. so it should take a little while to complete. later on, we may release a DLC Multiplayer and extra single player mission.
update. yes sure...actually there some big news... 1-The game will now be published by Chillengo. 2-We are going to change the title of the game. So Brotherhood of Violence is still the working title for now. 3-We started working on the boss 4-We added weapon into the game 5-there plenty of news accessories, bodytype and level. We are still aiming to release the game toward the end of the year/beganing of next year... 6-Oh and...there will be a HD version of the game for ipad and iphone4 That about it for now
Congratulations on the Chillingo move. The game is looking great -- especially the new controls. Can't wait to see it in action.
Controls look a lot better now, and the name still sounds good for an Appstore title. Looking out for video.
Yes there fireball and stuff...all kind of supermoves And yes the game will run on OpenGL 1 but will look considerably less good(no normal map rendering and less special FX
Wait a second, you have analog stick controls, do you also have dpad controls? You might want to include both analog stick and dpad controls that look and function as such. For example, Gameloft's Blades of Fury: (Pull stick in a direction to move) (Tap a direction to move)
