I have my brightness a little less then half, if I made it full, would I lose that much battery life?

    It definitely will.

BTW do you find the auto-brightness features work well? Let's say I bring it from a dark room to a well-lit room. It took a long time for the brightness to change.

I don't use auto brightness, cause that wastes battery. So how much battery would I lose?

I think I can't answer that question. Haven't research much about battery usage though.

Wow this made me realize something... Auto Brightness would actually drain battery life and Auto Brightness is VERY slow... O____. I'm turning that off!

Never really noticed anything with Auto-Brightness, except that every once in a while, it did something.

I just have mine constantly set at like 15-20%. Can see everything fine except when outside in sunlight.

I personally keep my brightness completely off, except when outside. Get great battery life, except with detailed games. Even then I get 4-5 hours.

I usually keep my brightness on at about 25% at night and 45% throughout the day. Once in a while, I'll plug the cable into my iPod, turn brightness up 100% and play some games with high quality graphics. :)

Once you pop open a game, doesn't that turn your brightness all the way up anyway? Or does that only happen when you have the "auto" mode on?

I keep my brightness at 10 percent all the time...you get used to it.

I keep mine at 0. And you do get used to it. At least it isn't hard to get it back to where it was when somebody changes it.

0? Isn't that way to dark to see anything?

    Whoa, 0% that's hardcore!

Well, not really...Just put it down to maybe 7%, and I can see, but anything below that is kind of hard. I have terrible eyes anyways...
