Universal Breach & Clear - (by Gun.)

Update looks great. Works fine. Although how do I enter killcam mode or whatever? It only activates after I kill the last guy and I'd like to see third person behind kills and stuff :3

 

Currently, the kill cam only triggers for the final kill of a mission. We decided not to auto camera change for other kills, since there could be multiple points of interest during an action phase and we don't want to take the player away from what they are looking at. With the instant replays, the player can now focus on one area at a time as well, and move somewhere else to focus on the replay. We want to make sure the player has good control over what he or she sees, rather than taking it away from them with too many action cams. We may add a player-controlled feature for special camera angles in the future, though.

 

We compressed a lot of textures and eliminated a whole bunch of useless files, so yes, the file size has been reduced. It may climb back up to 700MB as we add new levels and weapons, though.

I got to say that, if nothing else, I find a reduction in file size to be a killer feature in my book and that I will support your IAP expansions when you release them...

 

It's always fun watching replays of a successful breach. The best feeling is killing everyone.

 

Thanks for optimizing the file size. 90% of apps grow in size over time. It's always nice to see the opposite.

 

I just realized that I had to free up 1.5GB of space to update Breach & Clear. Can developer make the next update just a download without the need to clear so much space, because that means after updating, I have to go and reinstall all those other apps I deleted to update Breach & Clear...

 

Only way to do that would be update it on your computer then transfer it across. On your device it needs the download version then it unpacks and installs that (so it needs the soace for both) and then deletes the download.
On the computer you just copy it across, the size it says is the size it is.

 

I really miss some information in the report after each battle. Sometimes i cant understand why i get only 3 stars. Would be nice to see, what i should do better (time, soldiers health..) in the next round.

Anyways I have lvl 26 special forces squad and my medic has additional 5 stat points than other 3 members

Is this normal?

FYI I stat all members the same
Speed 45
Accuracy 60
Health 100
Reaction 75
Evasion 75
And specialty 75 except medic has first aid of 80
Bug or normal?

Oh and is the purchase of health and evasion patch for the whole squad or one personnel in the squad?

I had a 1GB free and updated fine... Don't know why you needed so much. Honestly it is not so much developers but the way that Apple deals with its update process. If they would allow to just patch the specific files and not require re-downloadeding the whole app everytime an app is updated, this wouldn't be an issue. Can't knock the developers when it is an Apple policy issue...

 

Hopefully Apple changes iOS 7 in that way...

On the plus side, at least the iPad is user friendly.
