Oh I see. So you're mad that Gameloft makes games work on your 2nd gen? They should definately drop 2nd gen support then. It's for the greater good.
Well I have an iPad now, and I like walking around Epic Citadel more than any game I've seen since.. and none of the iPhone 4 gimmicks have seen their way to my iPad, same cruddy graphics with extra sharp precision on the ugly 30( if that) polygon characters; ATLEAST GIVE ME EverQuest With Kunark+velious (no Luclin thx)
Having a debate with such a bright individual as yourself is almost as much fun as trying to bite my own ear. I am deeply sorry that the latest PS3 and XBOX 360 games are not simultaneoulsy being released on the iPhone.
20$ was just a figure I threw out there. I did say 20$ or more... Basically when epic citadel released, with rage and epic sword on the horizon the bar has been raised. I understand that indie devs may not afford or could not utilize the engine while maintaining a profit. Yet gameloft, whom is huge and a sister to ubisoft, consistently releasing console ports and knock offs, I now find myself disappointed graphically by the games on offer. Whether we choose to admit it or not the bar for what is possible in the gaming aspect (huge share of AppStore margins) has been raised. Yet a fully capable company languishes with mediocre offerings. If they have the tools available, why must we say "oh it's a smartphone" or "oh it's this or that" be excuseable reasonings? Epic citadel exists and unreal3 works with what is truly an equivalent of oblivion beauty on an ios device. It's time the largest purveyor of the gaming community steps into the kitchen and delivers an entree truly worthy of satiating the graphical palette.
But if they drop support for older devices to upgrade the gaming technology, they'd technically drop the iPad because it doesn't have Retina display and a Gyroscope. See what I'm saying?
Aye. we really need a gyroscope to play games now? Maybe they should focus on atleast 2 devices rather than just one, even though Im to beleive they really dont care about either; atleast until the NEXT iPhone (who failed there?)

Because, although you still have your 1st gen or w/e, others have the new stuff and are staring at games releasing that ran on their old stuff.. That sucks balls edit: I see you have an iPhone 4, praytell why you got one? Im assuming your an apple head and had a 3GS, isnt that good enough?
FYI I have an iPad now as well, and none of the gyroscope or retina gimmicks have yet to impress Yep, did you see what I asked? You dont even support my opinion that were getting shafted with these relic games. Why do you have one then?
