For me the game plays any way I hold me phone. Landscape or portrait, home button at the top,bottom,left or right side. So far I'm playing portrait and loving it.
Well Iam glad to hear that I'm just unlucky.... I'm at 60+ and still NO CHARaTERS... The core gameplay is awesome but variety is needed also as mentioned previously a zoom in and out would be great. It's funny there is a ton of variety in the characters and what they throw but it's lacking in maps and distances to enemies.
I agree with this. I love everything else about the game. It's a fun game. I haven't gotten that $2 pop up option yet either. Sometimes the ads are in the way. Billy
I'm having the same bad luck with the chests so far. No character unlocks in 15 attempts. The galling part is how they make it look like you are going get a character, but nope... It backs up one slot. Every time.
I bought The starter pack, but i don't like the chests ads still here... Pinch to zoom imho would ruin gameplay but variety in maps would be a great add. Hope that our money would make a better Game.

Pinch to zoom or a zoom in/out button would really be appreciated. Also if you are playing against a female character it should say "Finish Her". Would love to see multiple fatalities per character, maybe some friendship, babalities, etc... Why not! Really fun game just needs a little more tweaking...
I'm dead serious, I'm 70+ chest roulettes and NOT one character has unlocked....OMG. I'm beyond angry and just laugh at how unlucky Iam. I have SO much gold though.(because the spins)

BUT i already purchased The ADS remover (and i got ADS opening chests) so good For them with This new release; i uninstall This version and wishlist The ADS free version For when it will be on sale For free. I won't pay another cent For This Game and i also rate This version 1 star. Maybe devs will release both versions at The same time next time...
Ad-free version I've purchased still shows ads when opening chests. This stinks. Hopefully an oversight they can easily fix but disappointing.
I would not be overly confident... Anyway thanks: in this moment I spent 1 instead of 2 to have the same result (ads opening chest). These german devs aren't doing things in the correct way...
Do what I've done - review in the App Store making it clear you're knocking off a couple of stars due to this. If the Devs fix it, add the stars back on. This is a good way to get their attention, since they'll want to get better ratings ASAP especially when something has only just been launched.
Phew ... I started playing this today and *would* absolutely love it. I did get the popup for "Adfree" and the three characters, but it was 1.99, not 99ct. Thankfully, I did not pay for anything yet, as it would be a total ripoff from what I read. After over 50 chests I finally got ONE character, but only because there were two in a row and when it "sprung back", there was still a character and not only gold. I actually would pay if after that it really was Ad-FREE. I don't mind the interstitials and the banners that much, it's the video ads for opening chests I really hate. Since they are not removed, it's totally pointless to pay. I too have no intention to pay 1.99 for a single (!!) character, which is mostly cosmetic anyway. Also for me (iPad Air) it crashes a lot, preferably after I just watched an ad and afterwards the chest is gone. I left a 1-star review, along with an explanation why.
It's really fun gameplay But they really need to get rid of the watch to open chest thing when we decided to buy the add free version Im playing the FTP one until they decide to remove the ads to open chest Very annoying
