I don't tend to even bother with comments like those much anymore, but it did remind me fondly of guys I've played music with... Them: I hate this band, it sounds too much like my favorite band! Me: Right, but you really LIKE your favorite, sooo... OK, sure. DBC
See, this is why these types of logic don't work... The answer is a definite "NO." I would opt for an emergency burrito. DBC
That's and I can't even access the new area....completed every single quest before update and accepted two new ones after update but no where to go
I have alarms ringing when any game I'm thinking of downloading has 'epic', 'amazing' or 'awesome' in the screenshot descriptions. I'll trust my alarm and skip it.
In what wa? I've been playing this since release, an say what you want about it being a clone or the IAP, but one thing you can't say is that it's not polished.
control isn't the greatest for a FPS, the movement and aiming are iffy at best... the hitboxes are pretty awful, you can be pointing a gun point blank and still miss 100% of the shots until you move/re-adjust your aim... Shoulders/arms don't seem to register hits at all the mithril rewards for downloading software using sponsor pay don't always work it seems the english is GOD AWFUL...most of the text reads like someone used google translator... does that affect gameplay? I suppose not, but I do like to pretend some games have a bit of a story line but reading broken syntax is irritating that being said, it IS a Borlderlands clone so if you're into FPS shooters centered around constantly upgrading your guns.. its good for that. You need a TON of mithril (the premium currency) to unlock stuff like inventory slots, extra skills, etc worth a look since it is free
Yeah a lot of the english is poor but it doesnt detract that much. I thought i would have to grind a lot to get some of the top items and to level up but i must admit playing multiplayer really helped me get XP, gold and to go up a few levels if i was stuck. The updates added another level so i'll carry on playing this, think its a great game
I have to say, the game overall is very good. Sure, the English is a bit frustrating, but it certainly does nothing to effect performance or overall gameplay/enjoyment. As for the grind, when I saw the prices to unlock BAG SPACES, I was a bit apprehensive, but leveling and getting decent weapons seems relatively manageable, sooo... With regard to MP, this is one of the areas that Freyr really shines on this game. It would be hard to explain to people who haven't played SW:AI extensively, but the "culture" in MP is much, MUCH more egalitarian and, well, friendly. Not sure what people are talking about regarding controls, etc. I'm on an iPhone 4 and the game does what I want, when I want, how I want. Not sure how to get much better than that. I almost wonder if many of the complaints about control/hitboxes/etc. are misunderstandings about weapon leveling vs. enemies. I learned early on that a Level 5 weapon just doesn't do all that much to a Level 6+ enemy, which E-P has already noted... Overall, MP will keep me playing this, and likely picking up an IAP if I stick with it for a bit, which I'm suspecting I will. If the Freyr folks are paying attention to this thread, I would be glad to help with translation... DBC
Not aiming. On an ippad mini, it's difficult to rotate the view and fire. Or for that matter, rotate the view without firing accidentally. All I need is to be able to move the fire button lower and to the right.
You know I never notice anything with these updates about increasing this or that. Its the same o same o.
