Lady Gaga's new album arrived today....

It's pretty bad a$$ for a pop album.

It's like futuristic fantasy techno pop.

Way beyond what anyone else mainstream has done. Worth a purchase for fans of electro/house/pop

Seen a small clip on tv claiming it was her parents giving her those hard rock albums that made her the way she is.
Born this way, right. Just no responsibility, lets blame it all on the parents.

The album is a socio-religious celebration of disaffection. It's dark, dark for mainstream pop. It's sleek, modern and seedy.

I dig the gothic undertones. I feel like this album took some large cajones to create. Had it come from the likes of anyone else, it wouldn't have been what it is.

I grew up during the Michael Jackson and Madonna eighties. I haven't looked forward to a pop album in, gosh, years and this album delivers.

I felt like discussing it, enjoying it and seeing whether there were others, thrilled with the album also. Must I be mocked for that?

(for the record, Garbage is my all time favorite band - and I like many varied types of music: Gossip, Rilo Kiley, Feist, Smashing Pumkins, Florence + The Machine, Arcade Fire, Glasvegas, Daft Punk, Tegan and Sara, Imogen Heap, Foo Fighters, Lady Gaga, Goldfrapp, Mumford and Sons, Adele, etc...)

That doesn't mean it's white-boy music. I've never seen him on stage with anyone else but African-Americans in any case.

Did you see the snl skit "it's not gay if it's in a 3way"? Lady gaga is in it. It's her redeeming quality.

I want to listen to it on Rhapsody just to give it a chance, but it is hard to force myself to do so. I am not a big fan of her singles and she seems like such a pretentious bitch!

Never liked Lady Gaga-just not my cuppa; however, Amazon has it on sale for .99 cents. A cheap way to get an extra 15 gigs storage for the cloud service, and surprisingly, it doesn't suck as much as I expected it to. Definitely worth at least one listen.

i'm sorry that a random celebrity who doesn't even directly affect your life makes you feel insecure, bro.
