    You need to stalk me?
Take biiball 3d for example: http://appshopper.com/games/biiball-3d

why do you have THAT many price fluctuations?

it has been around 3 months since that app released so you really cant say you're still "testing" the correct price...

    just curious...

Because they CAN. Also, the app store is new and devs are experimenting with the pricing on their apps and...we've discussed this before...

fwiw, bootant's apps are blocked from appshopper's running update list and toucharcade's update list due to the number of changes.

fwiw, I think it went to free, then immediately back up, so I don't think you could actually have gotten it for free.

Unfortunately, by you saying you didnt realize they didnt track ALL your changes it just sounds like you are only apologizing for getting caught. Makes consumers a little hesitant to buy.

Oh bootant, I didn't realize your price yo-yoing was because of people asking you to lower their prices! How about some emails from people asking you to update your apps every 3 days...
I'm going to say this one last time and then I think I'm done and will have gotten it off my chest.
The proof is in the pudding. All your apps have ridiculous amount of changes. Too many to be anything but you keeping your app visible. So many that it has become annoying, and difficult to believe it is anything but a ploy. You've been caught with your hand in the cookie jar one too many times.

I'm at the point where YOU need to prove your updates are legit. End of discussion.

That doesn't justify your price change abuse.
You can drop the price, then stick to that price for a while, instead of keep increasing / decreasing the price. Surely you don't always decrease the price just because one guy from Alaska asked for it, right?
(hey, that might actually be a good excuse, one price change per one request :p)

Many other apps also have price drops, but only once or twice through their lifetime. Take Kroll or TanZen for example, they are also made by indies and I'm sure many people wanted them cheaper, but they never abuse the price drops.

No, you're not criminal, but you did make mistake and you didn't want to admit it until someone gave all the evidence and you were like "huh? so you knew what I was doing?"

    > update your apps every 3 days...

    this is not true!!!

    we never release useless updates!
and usually we don't release apps every 3 days!
