After installation I had 612mb left, after starting game there is another additional download, i was only able to get to 50% of the additional download before running out of room. Looks likes a $5 donation. Derprozess Well-Known Member Aug 18, 2012 279 0 16 Engineer #10 Derprozess, Feb 3, 2017 One of the best point-and-click ports ever made for mobile. Graphics are stunning, most of the puzzles are tricky, there are many references to literature, tv etc (x-files, scrubs, Tolkien, Seinfeld, 1984, Kafka and so on), it has different characters to play with, the story is really captivating and it has an enormous amount of content... My only complaint would be that this is a sequel and (IMO) is strongly tied to the first Book of Unwritten Tales (it has its own story off course but in the beginning it's clear that it isn't a fresh start but a continuation of events we know nothing about).. I've played 3 chapters so far and the installed size right now is 3.6gb; it keeps growing with 2-300mb with each chapter unlocked... yenrab Member Nov 17, 2013 8 0 1 #11 yenrab, Feb 3, 2017 Thanks Derprozess for that information, i cant free up and more space on my old ipad3 and have requested a refund. This might be the longest point-and-click adventure I've ever played so far, and even if some of the AppStore reviews are unfairly bad (someone is complaining because the intro is too long.. ?!) I really hope we'll have a last part in the trilogy coming soon, since the story isn't quite over Alongside Isaac this is my favorite game of the year so far. No complaints at all, this is an amazing game (excepting that I really really want to play the last part, as soon as possible (which, as far as I know, might take a few good years) yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #16 yankeeblue000, Feb 13, 2017 Last edited: Mar 7, 2017 I never thought this was going to land on iOS but Im glad it did. I remember hearing some rumors that it was coming to iOS but I thought it was cancelled. I just finished the first chapter. No issues so far I'm playing on an IPad Air 2 10.2. The game is a beautiful port. The story is fantastic and the UI and gameplay are great. This is a really fun classic p&c adventure game. The puzzles are not too obscure especially if you pay attention to the story and dialogue. I love it It's probably up there (Imo) with classics like The Monkey Island games and The Broken Sword series. I like it that much. The characters are fun & diverse and you interchange with them as the story plays out. I also like the references they use of classic and modern day pop culture and multi-media, from movies, to books, to video games. One of my favorite parts so far had me using a magical book to go back in time to change the future and the further I go back in time the more the game, visuals, sound and gameplay digress into old school classic video games, stage-by-stage of from its modern day look to 16bit, to 8bit to low resolution old school pixel art until eventually the game itself becomes a txt based adventure game with no sound. It's pretty cool It's like playing thru a timeline of video game history. The only gripe I have with this release as a few ppl have commented on was that they should've released the 1st game first as there are references to events that happened in previous games. It seems some of these events are pretty relevant and important to the storyline, but whatever I'm happy with this for now. I hope this picks up steam and gains much success so we can get its predecessor and maybe a sequel on iOS. It deserves it. It's a beautiful game with a great story and characters. It's a really fun adventure maregasbvakija Member Oct 1, 2012 11 0 1 #17 maregasbvakija, Mar 7, 2017 It's amazing how beautiful ported games like this don't get more attention. This is easy a 5 star game that i enjoyed from head to tale. Touch arcade should make a review, so more people to acknowledge the existence of this game. This is how a point to click should be made, not what telltale have become, only story and almost no puzzles. yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #18 yankeeblue000, Mar 7, 2017 My sentiments exactly yankeeblue000 Well-Known Member Aug 29, 2016 644 36 28 #19 yankeeblue000, May 28, 2017 Finally completed this incredible p&c.
