From the creator of Scoops, Bluebird puts your head in the clouds, piloting a brave little bluebird. Brave storm clouds and passing crows to get your beak on tasty bugs to keep you going. How far can you fly?

Controls are similar so some helicopter games, each tap pushes your bird upwards, but you're constantly falling. Tapping to the right or left of the bird pushes him in that direction.

This one has Flight Control 1.0 style stats and local record, at least for now.

Who does your art? I think thats the most attractive part of your games. The graphics are fun!
Oh and,.. What did you do prior to iPhone game dev?

Graphics, interface and statistics are very nice features of this game as far as I can see.

I'm a bit worried about the sound that is produced when the bird eats the bug. Wouldn't be better or more natural a "bzzzz" instead?

Fortunately the storm clouds produce a correspondent sound! :D

I did the art and programming for this one. I was an interactive Flash developer before jumping into iPhone development.

I will purchase this right away. I've played Ian's games so much I feel like I owe him more than the $1 I've paid for each.

I really like that left taps go backwards and right taps go forward. I initially thought you had to tap left right left right just to stay afloat.

Is there an way to pause?

I never like when a game can't remember sound settings and asks every time, but I understand you're probably just trying to avoid menu clutter.

Also, it says "Bluebird now available" on the bottom of the menu.

Love the icon and graphics in general :)

    Thanks!

The message at the bottom is a news message shared across all games. It will go back to saying "NimbleBit ♥s you" in a few days.

I felt the games were short enough not to warrant cluttering the screen with a pause button. I'm glad you like the icon!
