Focus on your combo. It takes 3 spins to get the ball up to maximum speed and a fast shot keeps the time between hits down and bounces around more creating more chains and cannons = good. So start spinning the next ball up as soon as you've released one but don't let it go until you're sure you won't get any more points from the ball in play before the combo times out. Ya, I have been rarely letting the ball spin around at all. I've got my calibration on the trajectory of the release points and I just try to keep the balls flying. Is the dev saying tht it's beneficial to spin up some speed before release, because I've found tht to make precision aiming a lot harder whn it comes to hitting my release points. I kno it's a more powerful shot but only ends with me firing more misdirected shots and fewer shot rate. Someone elaborate please. ???
The game always starts with three big slow blocks. Don't spin and let them come very close to you. Now take them out, one by one with three slow spins = Triple shot. Don't spin already, only one big block is showing. Next slow shot...etc. Should you miss, repeat. In the beginning it makes no sense to spin fast. The blocks are coming one by one only. Also, your shot will rarely hit multiple blocks, not yet, but just in case, always watch your bullet(s) path while keeping an eye on the fading timer. The Devs really nailed this combo timer. Without missing you have the right time for your next slow shot for the next lonely block. Even with a possible miss (anticipate), one fast spin can iron it out and your combo going. I made my highscore with slow shots, mostly. I learned to appreciate the off-rail shots for the blocks near the wall. Very helpfull when fast spins were needed. The bullets seem to hit even more blocks (later in the game), due to flying across the screen (=more points) In case you didn't notice...too short taps will cancel your shots. When it gets hectic and fast shooting (not spinning) is needed, it easily can happen. Another reason to carefully watch the path when loads of enemies are on screen. Now you get your big points with one shot, while your multiplier grows. Mesmerizing stuff !

Not knowing anything about programming, different backgrounds as an option sounds simple, and make the pause button transparent or touch anywhere on top to pause, please. Sometimes i'd wish to lock a soundtrack, specially Sunset Viper. Edit: i was totally mesmerized and in the zone with close to 30k when my akku died
