You guys are great. I have happily purchased and enjoyed every game you have come out with. I got the blockwicks basics just to see the new puzzles, this is nice to have them all included in one app although i think i got them about a week ago.

How can I get a free copy? I've installed, registered, and put a gift card into the Starbucks app, but I don't see a Pick of the Week. I also visited 4 Starbucks locations to get a Pick of the Week card, none had Blockwick 2. Help!

I hate to say this but Starbucks sucks. I've been to three more stores (I'm in the US), signed into their WiFi, attempted to connect with their digital network. I called both their WiFi help and Customer Support. No one could help. Customer Support suggested I call apple. So I did. After being on hold forever they said it was a Starbucks issues. I hope you did not pay for this promotion.

I've got the game. It is awesome! I played Blockwick 2 and missed the Illumination challenges. So I get to play them all over again. Fantastic.
Chapter 7.4 illumination Hi, I am stuck in this level and wondering if anyone can assist? it should not be too hard since I have been able to get the other levels in chapter 7 to work. A screenshot paste or a guide would be appreciated. thanks.

I just stared the game up & it lost my save! Nothing is completed! I never deleted the game from my phone. Any way to fix this?
Super sorry. We tested progress saving with this update a whole lot, so this is a bit surprising. At this point, not sure if there’s any way to retrieve your progress. Apologies again for the trouble. Looking into it.

Finished! Please sir, may I have some more? Your puzzles are just hard enough (most of the time, some are really challenging) that I know I can solve them if I keep trying.
I am stuck at 7-16. I am sure if is more obvious than it seems. How do I get the blocks to move after they are awakened? Also on the dice blocks, what's the secret? I am one space away and cannot turn it to the correct color to connect. So frustrating!
I'm not sure what your problem is on 7-16. The blocks start awake in this one. It is a little tricky. I don't remember exactly how I did it, but it involved moving the sleeper blocks a lot and getting the other blocks around them. Blocks do not sleep until you have finished moving (either regular or sleeper block). The dice blocks need to be run in different paths to get different colors to show up when they are in the same location. Hope that helps. Good luck.
Sorry I meant 8-16 I stated the wrong game. I am stuck on 8-16 with the sleeper blocks. Not all of them are active when the game starts. I tried moving the dice blocks different paths. Guess I'll keep trying thanks
