As in, like when buying them on your race's home planet or when you are in a mission? I do not know... Each turret provides, obviously, its own pluses/minuses and serves specific niches... You couldn't just go mIRV's, for example, or howitzers... So getting them all is definitely a plus, especially when endless mode is added. With different heroes, too, I am finding I build different with the engineer than I did with the captain.
Both would be nice but showing the stats just when on home planet would be fine. Both the 50 cal and howitzer have long range but I would like to know which one is longer also showing the price of the turret in the in home planet would be nice too like how munch does a M.I.R.V cost before I buy using rare minerals
I find this game preeeety hard. Can't get past the 4th level of gobbo. That wave of 'big gobs' is a pain
Hero prices, i think are alright, mean you get 1000 rare minerals if you finish the campaign for one of the planets, and that's not even including the minerals you get from beating the lvls the first time. You could always grind lvls, my favorite to grind is the third lvl of zomblocks, you get 150 rare minerals and you only waste 4 minutes. I got my scout hero by grinding and it was worth it. The scout made blockoids so easy to beat, even on the last lvl. I could agree with your second statement though
jack all you need to do is build a wall and make 2 blocks thick and put down howizters and 50 cals. get your general in front of your fortifications and make him take out the threats or keep the zomblocks busy so your turrets and men can have time to kill them. Set up make it 2 blocks high , 2 blocks thick and put the 50 cals and howiters on top of the wall. make sure you alternate the turrets, like 50 cal then howizter then 50 cal then howizter, and so on. the wall should be as long as possble without adding a power block booster to increase your space to build. if you do it correctly, you should have a little gap in between the walls where your men can go through.
Here's another easier setup. The square blocks surrounding power block works just as a decoy, and the turrets set alongside a pole looks like a cactus, haha http://i.imgur.com/Y4yvoLR.png
Tell me about it... these are probably the longest (consistent) approval times we've seen in the past few years! Was hoping this would've been out by mid last week...
Have you guys thought about giving even a fraction of minerals for failing a mission after a certain time, like 20% or something? When you play a mission for a long time and get nothing, it's a drag... Also, don't need to know details, but have you guys thought about oexpanding oher units, or other abilities for each race, etc?
Thanks tho someone beat you to it and his worked too but still appreciate the help it's nice to know you can get help when stuck.
please. spend all 600 on basic building blocks in one mega pile on the closest to the zomblocks base generator and any leftover on a wall on the 2nd closest to the zomblock base. They get so caught up attacking the blocks they leave your army alone so just go all MGs and Miniguns. I have even seen the Larger ones get stuck under the mega pile unable to attack or move.
Update in the AppStore oh wait... ...just lame Facebook. Wonder how quickly Tim Cook approves Mark Zuckerburg's updates
So, any Mission 4. Can't beat any of them, tried three times on each. Each soldier has: Tier 1: Machine Gun and Sergeant Tier 2: Minigun, Targeter, and Sergeant Tier 3: Minigun, Armor, Targeter, and Sergeant That's the basis of my unit setups. I assume I'm doing something wrong with this.
Not necessarily, in regards to equipment choices at least... but BFW definitely isn't just "equip proper equipment and win", as there is a lot that has to do with overall battlefield tactics, defensive setups, and most importantly how and when to use your hero. I think explosive has posted some great videos of him beating level 4 stages if you check out his Youtube profile.
Yep, I uploaded all the level 4 & 5 missions for block men apart from the bugged zomblock 5 of course (hurry up apple ). https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyTwVT66LjwpmPN9Jz5BJMg/feed Edit: Also includes Earth 4 & 5 for Goblocks.
Goblocks Earth mission 4 I'm playing as the Goblocks after completing the block men campaign (apart from the bugged mission). I'm finding the earth missions tough, mission 4 especially so. My Goblocks get cut down by the swarms of machine gunners and their rocket launchers have massive range, destroying my defenses easily. I can destroy the automated defenses but get swamped after that. Anyone have a successful strategy for this level? Edit: thanks for the vid Explosive
I know that this is beating a dead horse but what the he!! is going on with Apple's approval process for patches. It is beyond ridiculous at this point. We are playing builds that should have been patched at least 3-5 days ago. Googles process is like minutes or hours to update. Lets move on into the 21st century and get these updates out the door. I don't know how they do their patches but why not have a team for new releases and a team committed to patches? What is going on over there that a company should have to wait 7-14 days for a game to be patched. It is ridiculous and would benefit your consumers as well as the great people developing these games that you are making money from hand over fist. Get your crap together!!!
It is ridiculous. If you look on twitter there is a hasthag #iosreviewtime and its a big deal among app developers... I couldn't imagine an even smaller outfit, with their first game/app, etc. that gets released with a bug or something that is the death knell for the company if the appropriate patch does not come through... Not that we even NEED the new game mode (there is so much to do as it is!), etc. but dang, there are some balancing issues that this patch is just waiting to fix that will free up the game some.
