i agreee we should have a hardcore difficulty that also gives more minerals/mission. we should also get a thing where our homeplanet can be attacked and we can defend it against a random race or two and get a good sum of minerals for winning. it could be some kind of 1 attack every so many hours type thing.
on mission two of mecha the reinforcements they spawn is like a massive wave worth around 5 of my spawns. the first wave decimated me and the second finishes me off. i cant capture the second node because the enemy hero gets to me before im 1/3 of the way capturing and their ranged attacks outclass my units and their range is long enough to kill all my melee units from just one spawn.
I played my first multiplayer match today and my opponent had a wierd tactic i see as a problem. He built tons of blocks in his build zone so that my soldiers only targeted them instead of advancing. This was very annoying and I would hope that you will find a way to prevent this. Other than that great game!
Robots are week to melee (especially their heroes) so get your hero in there with his sword. Also get a good amount of sniper units
well with gobba im at lv4, and rest lv3. Planet z i cant do lv3 and the 2 last one i will try right now. One thing that i saw online which was unfair to me is jetpack with those grenade launcher thing that wrecks you! I need to unlock that hahaha
Yes , I just barely beat some more mission and got rocket launcher , minigun and howitzer , so ..... Now Im stuck again .
Try taking the further node 1st then wait there for enemy hero to attack u. U will win with help of power block healing, just stay near it.
Questions for Foursaken: 1. Blockbots Recycler block: how many same type units need to die in it's range? Do they need to die within a time period or any time? It would be nice to see a cisual bar that shows how close to recycling it is. Any cooldown between unit summons- for example if x t1 and x t2 units die, both enough for a recycler effect: will it recycle both? Will the recycled units count once they themselves die in range? 1b) Blockbots hero Alpha, skill High Yield: is this permanent or just during the duration of skill? In game I'm having an impossible time trying to figure how long this skill lasts and how many seconds it shaves overall from the unit production cooldown- could you let us know ? 2.Blockoids Orbital Laser block: i find it nearly impossible to get 3-4 of these up because missions are usually long over before i have chance to have some fun with these. Foursaken, i would suggest making it more than 4 max, lower damage across board and lower their cost accordingly so we can actually use em 3. Blockoids Black Hole block: can you explain to us how this works? What is the chance it will destroy a unit? What is the cooldown between detonations? Stacking is not possible it seems 4. Could u share the lvl 1,2,3 wall blocks HP numbers for upcoming patch? Just curious 5. Any chance to make AI heroes smarter? They never run at low HP and their targetting priority seems terrible at times. Thank you as always
My Leaderboards got messed up after i friended someone. Rather than show my global ranking in each race it shows my ranking among my friends. Is there any way to fix this other than removing my BF War friends?
Thx for vid about planet z, tho how u get all these defences as all the one you have unlocks with 60% game done... Weird
Early game blockbots should be pretty easy... should be able to build up your defenses on your 1st resource point, enough so that you can defend against the first hero and kill it. Then, move out and take the 2nd point. T1 humans with mgs and targeters should actually be a pretty good match up for blockbot creeps on that mission.... As for the hero, as long as you get into melee, his alpha should pretty much be little threat. Make sure to use the general's T1 ability often for a sizable damage boost, and to tank their creeps with your hero so your army can get off plenty of attacks. Thats a valid tactic... its using a buffer up front - that is the point of walls, after all The more they do that though, the less turrets they will have. Each race also has some heavy base busting weapons as well... rocket launchers for humans, for ex. You can also force targets (hand pointer, tap on an enemy, "target") - though that is going to be changed around a bit in next update. 1. not sure - will have to get back to you. 1b. not sure, but its a very powerful ability... 2. Its pretty similar to other T3 blocks, so likely will not change. Should be appropriate to its tier, which it is. 3. not sure about the chance - will have to check on Monday. I think its 100%. There is no cooldown afaik... its a one time use that also sacrifices the block... i think. Don't have my work comp so can't check right now (and I'm not the lead designer so don't know all of this stuff by heart ) 4. I think its +50 or +100 per tier 5. They're actually "dumb" on purpose (good thing too, considering the amount of difficulty issues)... maybe we'll look into more advanced AI if we ever add a hardcore mode. Best bet is to build 2-4 "gun towers" near your base, fill it up with .50 cals, and maybe have a few flamers towards the bottom. Make sure to put the .50 cals on the sides of the towers. On your units, i use flamers on T1, miniguns on t2 and t3. Thats just how GC works... if you click on the category it'll show you how you rank among your friends, and how you rank globally.
Really, you should only need .50 cals, flamers (on your units) and miniguns imo. I think I've also beat that mission with a full wall of flamer turrets, which are great against mass units like that.
I am stuck on the 4th mission for Planet Z After taking out there first base there units just destroy me
